المستخلص: The current era known as the era of the media and electronic communication, where we live in the satellite era of highly sophisticated global Internet nascent modern information revolution, and these techniques penetrated to all activities and life areas, and has become a reality it is inevitable and has a major role in influencing the users, whether this is a positive or negative influence, it has become a social networking on the Internet, such as Facebook, YouTube and Instagram of the most attractive to millions of Internet users , has evolved in recent times to become the most spread of networks A heavily used between the Internet users especially adolescents and young people who have been liberated from the social reality restrictions category and became more free to express themselves through interaction through social networking, which has become made his own culture, his views, his trends, and affect his behavior of all its aspects. Prompting its studies through knowledge of its inception and the discovery of the most important advantages and disadvantages, and research found to the most important results of each technique the pros and cons, offering social networking a lot of features and services that can bring significant benefits such as an abundance of information and speed of communicating with others, and in the same time can be used for bad purposes such as spreading rumors and extremist ideas, due primarily to the same user, and how his education and upbringing to be sufficient awareness and knowledge of the dangers and disadvantages of social networking when he use it. Shown here is the family's role as the first social institutions responsible for the upbringing of children and their upbringing since childhood values, morality and patriotism, and then followed by the role of the school and other social institutions such as mosques t churches, universities, clubs, youth centers, political parties and the media in community awareness especially for adolescents and young people the dangers of the use of social networking and how to face them, that it requires a comprehensive strategy overseen by the concerned authorities in the country focusing on the moral, religious, social, cultural, economic, political dimensions, science and security.

يعرف العصر الحالي بعصر الإعلام والاتصال الإلكتروني، حيث أصبحنا نعيش في عصر الأقمار الصناعية فائقة التطور وشبكة الإنترنت العالمية وليدة ثورة المعلومات الحديثة، وقد تغلغلت هذه التقنيات إلى كافة الأنشطة والمجالات الحياتية، وأصبحت واقعاً ملموساً لا مفر منه وله دور كبير في التأثير على مستخدميه سواء كان هذا التأثير إيجابياً أم سلبياً، وقد أصبحت شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي الموجودة على الإنترنت مثل الفيس بوك واليوتيوب والإنستاجرام من أكثر الشبكات جاذبية واستقطاباً للملايين من رواد الإنترنت، وقد تطورت في الآونة الأخيرة لتصبح الشبكات الأكثر انتشاراً واستخداماً بين رواد الإنترنت خاصة من فئة المراهقين والشباب الذين تحرروا من قيود واقعهم الاجتماعي وأصبحوا أكثر حرية في التعبير عن أنفسهم من خلال التفاعل عبر شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي التي أصبحت تصنع له ثقافته الخاصة، وآراءه واتجاهاته، وتؤثر في سلوكه بجميع نواحيه. مما استدعى دراستها من خلال معرفة نشأتها واكتشاف أهم إيجابياتها وسلبياتها، وقد توصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها أن لكل تقنية إيجابيات وسلبيات، حيث تقدم شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي الكثير من المميزات والخدمات التي يمكن أن تحقق فوائد كبيرة مثل وفرة المعلومات وسرعة التواصل مع الآخرين، وفي الوقت نفسه يمكن استخدامها في أغراض سيئة مثل نشر الشائعات والأفكار المتطرفة، ويرجع ذلك في المقام الأول إلى المستخدم نفسه، وكيفية نشأته وتربيته ليكون على القدر الكافي من الوعي والمعرفة بمخاطر وسلبيات شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي عند استخدامه لها. ويظهر هنا دور الأسرة كأولى المؤسسات الاجتماعية المسئولة عن تنشئة الأطفال وتربيتهم منذ الصغر على القيم والأخلاق والانتماء الوطني، ثم يليها دور المدرسة وباقي المؤسسات الاجتماعية مثل المساجد والكنائس والجامعات والنوادي ومراكز الشباب والأحزاب السياسية، ووسائل الإعلام المختلفة في التوعية المجتمعية خاصة للمراهقين والشباب بمخاطر استخدام شبكات التواصل الاجتماعي وكيفية مواجهتها، أي أن الأمر يتطلب وضع استراتيجية شاملة تشرف عليها الجهات المعنية في الدولة، وتركز على الأبعاد الأخلاقية والدينية والاجتماعية والثقافية والاقتصادية والسياسية والعلمية والأمنية.
