المستخلص: The tremendous development witnessed by the media and communication sector in the late last century and the beginning of the current century led to the expansion of the use of media and communication and the emergence of media as a stand-alone industry. These developments were accompanied by the proliferation of departments and colleges dealing with the teaching of information and communication as a university specialty. Despite the technological and theoretical development that has taken place over the years, which has led to the expansion of the fields of formation and its multiple uses. However, the academic training in the field of information and communication in the Arab world in general and Algeria in particular continues to suffer from many weaknesses and needs practical development workshops. Because the apparent and hidden issue is the gap between the theoretical perspective of the media, the pedagogical framework, and the practical aspect, as well as between university training institutions and media institutions, In the absence of mechanisms to track theoretical and technological development that takes place day after day. The situation has come to raise many questions on the media scene, namely: Are media institutes and colleges in the Arab world and Algeria in particular working to create journalists capable of working effectively and efficiently? Has the university contributed to creating a future journalist instead of training a journalist today?

إن التطور الهائل الذي شهده قطاع الإعلام والاتصال في أواخر القرن الماضي وبداية القرن الحالي أدى إلى توسع استخدام وسائل الإعلام والاتصال وظهور الإعلام كصناعة قائمة بذاتها صاحب هذه التطورات انتشار الأقسام والكليات التي تعنى بتدريس الإعلام والاتصال كتخصص جامعي، وعلى الرغم من التطور التكنولوجي والنظري الذي حصل مع مر السنين والذي أدى إلى اتساع مجالات التكوين وتعددت استعمالاته غير أن التكوين الأكاديمي في مجال الإعلام والاتصال في العالم العربي عامة والجزائر خاصة لازال يعاني من نقاط ضعف عديدة ومتعددة ويحتاج إلى ورش عمل تطويرية فعلية، لأنّ المُـشكل الظاهر والخفي حقيقة هو في الفجوة الحاصلة بين المنظور النظري للإعلام " الإطار البيداغوجي" وبين الجانب التطبيقي وأيضًا بين مؤسسات التكوين الجامعي ومؤسسات الإعلام، في ظل غياب آليات تتبع التطور النظري والتكنولوجي الذي يحصل يومًا بعد يوم.، وأصبح الرهن يطرح تساؤلاًت عديدة على الساحة الإعلامية هي: هل معاهد وكليات الإعلام في العالم العربي والجزائر خاصة تعمل على تكوين صِحافيين قادرين على العمل الصِحفي بنجاعة واقتدار ؟ هل ساهمت الجامعة في خلق صحفي الغد بدل تكوين صحفي اليوم؟

Le formidable développement assisté par les médias et le secteur de la communication marqué au fin du siècle précédant et au début de ce siècle vécu, a fait amené à l'expansion énorme de l'utilisation des différentes médias et moyens de communications, et l'émergence des ses médias en tant qu'industrie propriétaire autonome de développements, autre part la diffusion des départements et des collèges concernés par l'enseignement de l'information et de la communication en tant que chercheurs dans le milieu des disciplines remarqués, et en dépit de l'évolution technologique et théorique passé au fil des ans, a fait conduit à une extension géantes des zones de formation ainsi que de nombreuses utilisations de la formation non universitaire dans le domaine de l'information et de la communication dans le monde arabe d’une façon général, et notamment en Algérie qui souffre malheureusement et encore par des nombreuse et multiples faiblesses signaler au niveau de la formation universitaire spécialisées qui doivent être établie et résolu dans des ateliers scientifique continue et bien méthodique pour avoir le développement efficaces, tant que la souffrances marquée s’influx sur l'apparence et la dissimulation est un fait dans l'écart entre la perspective
Le cadre théorique des médias, le «cadre pédagogique» et l'aspect pratique, ainsi qu'entre les institutions de formation universitaire et les institutions médiatiques, en l'absence de mécanismes permettant de suivre le développement théorique et technologique qui se déroule jour après jour. En particulier, créer des journalistes capables de travailler efficacement et efficacement? L'université a-t-elle contribué à la création du journaliste de demain au lieu de former un journaliste aujourd'hui?
