المستخلص: À travers ce présent article, nous tenterons de présenter la culture informatique qui s’est imposée à notre société suite à l’essor et la démocratisation des Technologies de l’Information et de la Communication (TIC). Pour se faire nous analyserons les nouvelles pratiques sociales et l’impact des TIC sur la société algérienne d’aujourd’hui et ce, dans différents domaines. Nous essayerons de faire état, sur les nouveaux rapports sociaux imposés par les TIC, tant dans le domaine éducationnel, professionnel et bien évidemment familial. Nous étudierons également, l’apport et les bénéfices que nous pouvons tirer des TIC pour ces différents domaines ainsi que, les risques et dangers de leur vulgarisation dans le contexte actuel de la société algérienne.

من خلال هذا المقال، سنحاول تقديم الثقافة المعلوماتية التي فرضت نفسها في مجتمعنا ابان تطور ودمقرطة تكنولوجيات المعلومات والاتصالات (ICT) ولتحقيق ذلك، سنقوم بتحليل الممارسات الاجتماعية الجديدة ومدى تأثير تكنولوجيات المعلومات والاتصالات على المجتمع الجزائري الحالي وهذا، في مختلف المجلات. سنقوم بتبيان العلاقات الاجتماعية الجديدة التي فرضتها تكنولوجيات المعلومات والاتصالات (ICT)، سواء في المجال التربوي، المهني، وبطبيعة الحال الأسري. سوف نقوم أيضا بدراسة، مدى مساهمة والفوائد التي يمكن أن نستمدها من تكنولوجيات المعلومات والاتصالات في هذه المجالات المختلفة، فضلا عن مخاطر انتشارها وتعميمها في السياق الحالي للمجتمع الجزائري.

Through this article, we will try to introduce the information culture that has imposed itself in our society in the development and democratization of information and communications technologies (ICT). To achieve this, we will analyze new social practices and the impact of information and communications technologies on the current Algerian society in various journals. We will demonstrate the new social relationships imposed by information and communication technologies (ICT), whether in the field of education or profession, and, of course, in family situations. We will also examine the contribution and benefits we can derive from information and communication technologies in these different areas, as well as the risks of their diffusion and dissemination in the current context of Algerian society.
