|a بحثت الدراسة في آليات تنفيذ قرارات الشرعية الدولية الخاصة بالقضية الفلسطينية لإنهاء الاحتلال وإقامة الدولة الفلسطينية. وأوضحت أهمية التمسك بقرارات الشرعية الدولية ومواجهة الاحتلال من خلال بناء خطة استراتيجية متكاملة تدمج كافة أدوات النضال الوطني السياسية والقانونية والشعبية للضغط على المجتمع الدولي لإلزام الاحتلال بتنفيذ قرارات الشرعية الدولية. بينت الدراسة الآليات والمسارات التي من الممكن السير بها لمجابهة الاحتلال في هيئات الأمم المتحدة والمحاكم الدولية. وخلصت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج كان أهمها: مطالبة المجتمع الدولي وهيئاته الدولية بإلزام الاحتلال بتنفيذ قرارات الشرعية الدولية، أو تنفيذ عقوبات سياسية واقتصادية وثقافية حتى يذعن الاحتلال للقانون الدولي وقرارات الشرعية الدولية.

|b The study examined the mechanisms for implementing the resolutions of international legitimacy on the question of Palestine to end the Israeli occupation and establish the state Palestinian Authority، The study highlighted the importance of upholding the resolutions of international legitimacy and confronting the occupation by building an integrated strategic plan that integrates all the instruments of national political struggle and to exert pressure on the international community to compel the occupation to implement the resolutions of international legitimacy and to work for the internationalization of the conflict in United Nations bodies, to implement resolutions of international legitimacy. The study indicated the mechanisms and paths that could be taken to counter the occupation in United Nations bodies and international tribunals. The study found several outcomes, the most important of which were: Demands that the international community and its international bodies compel the occupation to implement the resolutions of international legitimacy or implement political, economic and cultural sanctions in order to comply with international law and the resolutions of international legitimacy.
