|f Popular heritage plays an important role in the society we live in. It helps to rebuild the historical aspect, and it is the best automatic means by which societies express themselves freely, unobstructedly, and spontaneously without any restrictions. It is the mouthpiece of society, its aspirations, its hopes for life, and its living conditions.\nIn order to bring out this popular heritage, I chose one of its forms, which is the popular poetry in the southern Algerian region, specifically the city of Metlili, in the province of Ghardaïa. I have discussed the poet Kaddour Belakhdar. This poet had left a treasure and played an important role in media in this field due to the lack of modern communication and media at that time. He shared the joy and sorrow of the residents of his region through his poetry and monitored the various events that took place in the country. I collected his poetry from some of the interested collectors of his poems, although I was not able to gather all of his poetry. That's why I studied some of his poems of multipurpose in order to uncover a side of our heritage.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.

|a يلعب التراث الشعبي دورا مهما في المجتمع الذي نعيشه فهو يساعد في إعادة بناء الجانب التاريخي؛ وهو خير وسيلة تلقائية تعبر بها المجتمعات عن ذاتها بكل حرية وطلاقة وعفوية دون أي قيد، فهو لسان حال المجتمع وتطلعاته وآماله في الحياة، وأوضاعه المعاشة.\nومن أجل إخراج هذا التراث الشعبي، اخترت ضربا من ضروبه ألا وهو الشعر الشعبي في منطقة الجنوب الجزائري تحديدا مدينة متليلي ولاية غرداية، وتناولت الشاعر قدور بلخضر هذا الشاعر الذي ترك كنزا، وأدى دورا إعلاميا مهما في هذا المجال نظرا لغياب وسائل الاتصال والإعلام المتطورة في ذلك الوقت، فقد قام بمشاركة سكان منطقته الأفراح والأحزان من خلال شعره، ورصد مختلف الأحداث التي شهدها الوطن، جمعت شعره من بعض المهتمين الجامعين لقصائده وان لم أكن قد وصلت إلى كل أشعاره، ولهذا عملت على دراسة بعض قصائده المتعددة الأغراض من أجل الكشف عن جانب من مورثونا.\n

|d Le Folklore joue un rôle important dans la société dans laquelle nous vivons. Il aide à reconstruire l'aspect historique. Il est la meilleure façon de refléter automatiquement les communautés elles-mêmes librement et spontanément et couramment, sans aucune limitation, il est le porte-parole de la communauté et de leurs espoirs et leurs aspirations dans la vie , et ses conditions de vie. Afin d'apporter ce folklore, il a choisi une forme de Dharoppe savoir la poésie populaire dans la région sud algérien spécifiquement ville Metlili mandat de Ghardaïa, et traitée avec les pots de poète Belkdhar ce poète, qui a laissé un trésor, et a joué un rôle dans les médias est important dans ce domaine en raison de l'absence de moyens de communication et d'information développé en ce moment-là, il y avait la participation de la population de ses joies et les peines de district à travers ses cheveux, et le suivi des différents événements dans la maison, a récolté sa cheveux de certains collectionneurs intéressés de ses poèmes, bien que je ne l'ai atteint tous ses poèmes, donc je travaillé sur l'étude d'un multiple de ses poèmes fins afin de détecter côté de notre patrimoine.
