المستخلص: Social networking sites are electronic means and media on the Internet that provide users with a public space for communication through which individuals and communities can share their benefits and experiences. Algerian society is considered to be a relatively late society in the use of social media, with the spread and actual use of it in Algerian society since the late 1990, This use has had positive effects both on the individual in his culture and knowledge and scientific expertise or on individuals in achieving scientific, cognitive, cultural and social communication among them, Through the exchange of experiences and conversation and follow-up and discussion on many of the issues that concern the human in his daily life and social relations. But besides the positives offered by social media, they have many disadvantages that affect both the individual and society, The most common is the phenomenon of social isolation of individuals and their association with virtual society, Thus losing the ability to fulfill their social roles and responsibilities, This study was conducted to highlight the impact of social media on the Algerian society through its positive and negative reflections.

تعتبر مواقع التواصل الاجتماعي وسائل ووسائط إلكترونية موجودة على شبكة الإنترنت تتيح لمستخدميها فضاء عاما للتواصل يمكن للأفراد والمجتمعات من خلاله تبادل المنافع والخبرات في ما بينها. ويعتبر المجتمع الجزائري من المجتمعات المتأخرة نسبيا في استخدام وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي، حيث بدأ الانتشار والاستخدام الفعلي لها في أوساط المجتمع الجزائري منذ أواخر التسعينيات، وقد كان لهذا الاستخدام أثارا إيجابية سواء بالنسبة للفرد في ثقافته وخبراته المعرفية والعلمية أو بالنسبة للأفراد في تحقيق التواصل العلمي والمعرفي والثقافي والاجتماعي في ما بينهم، من خلال تبادل الخبرات والمحادثة والمتابعة والنقاش حول الكثير من القضايا التي تهم الإنسان في حياته اليومية وفي علاقاته الاجتماعية. ولكن إلى جانب الإيجابيات التي تتيحها وسائل التواصل الاجتماعي فإن لها بالمقابل الكثير من السلبيات التي تؤثر على الفرد والمجتمع على السواء. وأكثرها انتشار ظاهرة الانعزال الاجتماعي للأفراد وارتباطهم بالمجتمع الافتراضي، مما يفقدهم القدرة على تأدية أدوارهم ومسؤولياتهم الاجتماعية. وقد جاءت هذه الدراسة لإبراز مدى تأثير وسائل ووسائط التواصل الاجتماعي على المجتمع الجزائري من خلال بيان إنعكساتها الإيجابية والسلبية.

Les sites de réseaux sociaux sont des moyens électroniques et des médias sur Internet qui offrent aux utilisateurs un espace public de communication à travers lequel les individus et les communautés peuvent partager leurs avantages et leurs expériences. La société algérienne est considérée comme une société relativement tardive dans l'utilisation des médias sociaux, où la diffusion et l'utilisation effective ont commencé dans la société algérienne depuis la fin des années 1990, Cette utilisation a eu des effets positifs tant sur l'individu dans sa culture et ses connaissances et son expertise scientifique que sur les individus dans la réalisation de la communication scientifique, cognitive, culturelle et sociale entre eux. Grâce à l'échange d'expériences et de conversations et de suivi et de discussion sur de nombreuses questions qui concernent l'homme dans sa vie quotidienne et les relations sociales. Mais en plus des avantages offerts par les médias sociaux, ils ont de nombreux inconvénients qui affectent à la fois l'individu et la société. Le phénomène le plus répandu de l'isolement social des individus et de leur association avec la société virtuelle, Perdant ainsi la capacité de remplir leurs rôles sociaux et leurs responsabilités. Cette étude a été menée pour mettre en évidence l'impact des médias sociaux sur la société algérienne à travers ses réflexions positives et négatives.
