|a تسعى هذه الدراسة إلى استقراء القواعد والأصول القرآنية التي ينبغي أن تحكم عملية تداول المعلومات، بهدف لفت الانتباه إلى الآثار السلبية الناتجة عن عدم التبين والتثبت في هذا التداول، وبهدف تقديم رؤية قرآنية تتضمن مرتكزات التبين والتثبت حتى تتم معالجة الأخطاء التي تقع في المجتمع وفي مؤسساته أثناء التبين والتثبت من أمر ما. والسؤال المحوري الذي تجيب عنه الدراسة هو: ما الإطار الأخلاقي الذي يحكم عملية جمع المعلومات وتداولها، وما مرتكزات التبين والتثبت في القرآن الكريم؟ وقد اشتملت الدراسة على مقدمة بينت فيها أهمية الموضوع، وأسباب اختياره، وأهدافه، والدراسات السابقة، ومنهج البحث فيه، وخطته، ثم بينت في الموضوع مفهوم تداول المعلومات وأهميته، والفرق بين التبين والتثبت، مع بيان أهميتهما، ومرتكزات التبين والتثبت في تداول المعلومات وآثارهما الفردية والمجتمعية. ومن أهم النتائج التي توصلت إليها أن أهم ما يرتكز عليه التبين والتثبت يتمثل في تجنب اقتفاء ما لا علم به، وترك التخمين وسوء الظن، وترك الخوض في الباطل وفضول الكلام، واعتماد المؤسسية في التبين والتثبت، وتحديد نسبة التثبت وهل هي في الدرجة القصوى أم أقل من ذلك.
