|a لتحديد العلاقة الموجودة بين رأس المال البشري، نشر المعرفة والأداء الإنتاجي بالمؤسسة الوطنية للصناعات الإلكترونية تم توزيع 151 استمارة استبيان على إطارات وإطارات مسيرة بالمؤسسة، تم استعمال برنامج (smart pls) لتحليل المعطيات واختبار الفرضيات. توصلت النتائج إلى وجود علاقة قوية بين رأس المال البشري والأداء الإنتاجي وبينه وبين نشر المعرفة، أكدت النتائج كذلك وجود علاقة إيجابية بين نشر المعرفة والأداء الإنتاجي للمؤسسة، وفي الأخير توصلنا إلى أن نشر المعرفة يعتبر وسيط ذو تأثير إيجابي بين رأس المال البشري والأداء الإنتاجي بالمؤسسة الوطنية للصناعات الإلكترونية.

|b Understanding the various effects that exist among human capital, knowledge sharing and productive performance is the mais purpose of this study. Data were gathered from 151 employees working in the National Enterprise of Electronic Industries in Algeria. We used smart plus to analyses research and test hypotheses data. The results of the analysis revealed that human capital had a positive effect on productive performance and knowledge sharing. The results also showed that knowledge sharing had a positive effect on productive performance. Finally it was found that knowledge sharing had a positive mediating effect on the relationship between human capital and productive performance.
