يهدف هذا البحث إلى: بيان معنى الإشاعة وعلاقتها بالأمن الفكري، إظهار قيمة الأمن الفكري، من خلال إبراز الانحراف الفكري على طريقة "وبضدها تتمايز الأشياء"، إلقاء الضوء على أهداف الشائعات، والتي من شأنها التأثير سلبا على فكر الأفراد والمجتمعات، إبراز المنهج القرآني في مواجهة الشائعات، وما ينتج عنها من انحراف فكري، واحتوى على بعض وسائل القرآن الكريم في مواجهة الشائعات ومنها: الاهتمام بالبناء العقدي للفرد والمجتمع، إرجاع الأخبار لمصادرها الأصلية، اليقظة لكيد الأعداء، حسن الظن وعدم التجسس، مواجهة الشائعات بالحقائق الدامغة، ضبط الفتوى، الاهتمام بالدوائر التربوية، تفعيل دور الإعلام، الاهتمام بالحوار، تقوية العلاقة بين القيادة والأفراد، تفعيل العقوبة على مطلق الشائعة ومروجها، وخلص إلى نتائج من أهمها :أن إطلاق الشائعات والعداء للمسلمين ومنهجهم القويم، بدأ منذ بدء الخلق، وتعددت جبهاته، وقد بين الله عز وجل هذه الجبهات، ولذا ينبغي الحذر منها، وتوعية المجتمع تجاهها، والرد على شائعاتها من قبل العلماء المتخصصين كل في مجاله: - أن الشائعات وما نتج عنها من انحراف قد أثرت على كثير من المسلمين، ولذا ينبغي أن لا يستهان بالشائعات وألا تهمل وتترك حتى تنال من عقول الأفراد وعقيدتهم وسلوكياتهم. - أن القرآن الكريم قد أولي الشائعات اهتماما خاصا، فبين الوسائل التي من شأنها أن تواجه الشائعات وتحمي الأمة من شرها، وينبغي لطلاب العلم معرفة تلك الوسائل وتطبيقها. والحمد لله رب العالمين.
The paper aims to clarify the meaning of "a rumor" and its relation to intellectual security and to emphasize the value of intellectual security by highlighting the intellectual perversity. This can be done by showing its opposite. "Opposites could make the meanings distinct". It also sheds light on the goals of rumors, which may negatively affect the thought of individuals and communities. In addition, it outlines the Qur’anic way in coping with rumors and subsequent intellectual perversity. The paper includes some of the means stated in the Glorious Qur’an to cope with rumors, such as strengthening faith of individuals and the community, referral of news to their original sources, awareness of the enemy plots, good faith and no espionage, and facing rumors by crystal truths, monitoring fatwa functionaries, activating the role of the media, paying attention to dialogue, strengthening the relationship between the leadership and individuals, and making effective the punishment of the those who start rumors. The main findings include: Rumors and hostility to Muslims and their upright approach occurred since the beginning of creation and took different forms. Allah Almighty revealed these forms and those who start rumors, therefore, we should be wary of them, educate the community about them, and refute these rumors at the hands of scholars in each field. - Rumors and their subsequent perversity have affected many Muslims. Therefore they should not be underestimated or neglected to protect the mind, faith and behavior of individuals. The Glorious Qur’an has primarily drawn attention to rumors, clarifying the means to face them and protect the nation from their evil. Therefore, students should be familiar with these methods and how to apply them.
