المستخلص: This research paper addresses some issues under the rubric of jurisprudence calamities in relation to Muslim minorities in non-Muslim countries. Such addressing bears paramount importance to building bridges of cooperation between the governments and peoples of those countries and the said minorities, on one hand, and with the Islamic world and the Arab world, on the other. This paper tackles as well to what extent Muslims in such countries need to know the applicable juristic rules to their lives, taking into account the specific location characteristics of their countries. As for objectives, this paper aims at enhancing the lives of Muslim minorities; boosting the bonds of brotherhood, cooperation, integration and solidarity among all the Muslim, whether as majorities or minorities; and achieving the Qur’anic one-nation concept as Allah says, “And surely this nation of yours is one nation, and I am your Lord; so have piety towards Me“. I started the present research paper with a discussion of the concept of Muslim minorities, followed by another concept: jurisprudence of calamities for Muslim minorities. Afterwards, this paper unveils the reasons behind the emergence of such minorities. Then I dealt talk about some calamity fiqh for Muslim minorities in worship, through the statement of the ruling on the rule of non-payment of zakat to Muslim’s north minorities, and whether shares whose hearts still persists or copy ?, then explain the ruling to give alms to the associations and Islamic canters

هذا البحث يتناول الحديث في بعض النوازل الفقهية المتعلقة بالأقليات المسلمة المتواجدة في بلاد غير المسلمين، وهو أمر في غاية الأهمية من أجل مد جسور التعاون بين حكومات هذه الأقليات وشعوبها وبين العالم الإسلامي والعالم العربي، ومدى حاجة المسلمين في البلاد غير المسلمة إلى بيان أحكام الشرع الحنيف، مع مراعاة خصوصية المكان بالنسبة لهم، وهذا من أجل النهوض بالأقليات المسلمة من أجل تقوية أواصر الإخوة والتعاون والتكامل بين جميع المسلمين أكثرية وأقلية ليكونوا أمة واحدة، مصداقا لقوله تعالي: (إِنَّ هَذِهِ أُمَّتُكُمْ أُمَّةً وَاحِدَةً وَأَنَا رَبُّكُمْ فَاعْبُدُونِ) فبدأت البحث ببيان مفهوم الأقليات المسلمة، ثم بيان مفهوم نوازل الأقليات المسلمة، وأهم الأسباب التي أدت إلى ظهور الأقليات. ثم تناولت الحديث عن بعض النوازل الفقهية للأقليات المسلمة في العبادات، من خلال بيان الحكم الشرعي في حكم دفع الزكاة لغير المسلمين ببلاد الأقليات، وهل سهم المؤلفة قلوبهم ما زال باقيا أم نسخ؟، ثم بيان حكم إعطاء الزكاة للجمعيات والمراكز الإسلامية.
