المستخلص: This research discusses the Ta’leel with the phrase: (This is the best Isnad (Chain of repeorters) narrated with this), depending on an applied study in Al BazzarMusnad. The research consists of an introduction and two sections; where the introduction includes: a clarification of the research issue, previous studies, a short overview of the science of Al Ta’leel and the biography of al Bazzar and his book. While the two sections are: Section 1: Al Ta’leel (Justification) with the phrase: (This is the best Isnad (Chain of repeorters) narrated with this); where I clarify the scientists’ opinions in the explanation of the mentioned phrase. Section 2: An applied study with five Hadithes from AlBazzarMusnad; where I analyze the Hadiths that Al bazzar found defective (Hadithes that Al Bazzar classified with ‘Illa in his musnad) because of this phrase, wich are about 103 Hadiths. These Hadithes are divided into two kinds: Hadithes that are naretted in the both Sahihs or in one of them. Hadithes with week Isnad that may considerd as good Hadithes because they are narrated from other routes(tareeq)I disscuss and analyse five of these Hadithes. And finally, a conclusion, results and recommendations.

يعمل هذا البحث على دراسة أحاديث مسند البزار دراسة تطبيقية للوقوف على معني قوله: (هذا أحسن إسناد يروي في ذلك). وجاءت الدراسة في مقدمة ومبحثين. أما المقدمة فتشتمل على التعريف بمشكلة البحث، والدراسات السابقة أما المبحثان فهما: المبحث الأول: بيان معني قولهم: (هذا أحسن إسناد يروي في ذلك). والمبحث الثاني: الدراسة التطبيقية: عملت فيه على دراسة مائة وثلاثة أحاديث (103)، وتخريجها والحكم عليها، ودراسة خمس أحاديث منها دراسة تحليلية. ثم النتائج، والتوصيات.
