المستخلص: This paper is designed to study the Cyber Sex Bullying (CSB) phenomenon and its importance nationally and globally, as it is a violent phenomenon that affects people and society in general, using electronic means in a manner incompatible with scientific and technological development and the optimal use of electronic means to serve social life in a better way. The importance of this study, come from the fact that it drew a legislative framework that enables the Iraqi lawmakers and other comparative legislators to provide the necessary legal protection to both genders to face the development and fast spread phenomenon of cyber Sex Bullying (CSB). in fact The Cyber Sex Bullying (CSB) phenomenon has taken its share of crime development in general, therefore the law must focus on it to deter the perpetrators, especially since the Iraqi legislator did not mention it in a clear legislative text in the Iraqi Penal Code, but dealt with these issues according to conviction, when the evident are adjusted, and suit the criminal act or simply fits into legal material referred to in the Iraqi Penal Code. We must make it clear that what is included in this study; the concept of Cyber Sex Bullying (CSB) and spasticity and motivation, then the characteristics of harassment and its relationship to electronic technology; to be considered a crime of assault on persons Non-discriminately. In addition to the difference in crime motivation and the different means of electronic harassment, finally the Iraqi legislator stance towards this phenomenon both in the Penal Code or other relevant laws
