المستخلص: يعد هذا العمل عبارة عن بحث علمي حول وضعية محنة كبار السن في الجزائر ومعاناتهم من التهميش والرفض الاجتماعي في المؤسسات التي لم تواكب متطلعات الزمن بسبب البيروقراطية وعدم وجود خطة محكمة لحياتهم النفسية والاجتماعية. المجتمع الجزائري يعاني من أزمة هوية وازدواجية ثقافية التي تنعكس يوميا على التصور الاجتماعي والسلوك الممزق بين المجتمع التقليدي الذي لا يزال على قيد الحياة من خلال المعتقدات الدينية والممارسات التقليدية وظهور الحداثة التي تجلب الرفاهة المادية والمعرفة الجديدة. الأشخاص المسنين يعيشون بشكل كامل هذا التمزق للهوية التي حاولنا أن نظهر من خلال هذا البحث العملية عن طريق التحليل المؤسسات الاجتماعي والإكلينيكي حول كل هذه الظواهر مع تقديم حلول عملية للتكفل بهذه الفئة الضعيفة من المجتمع الجزائري.

This is a research on the plight of viellissantes people in Algeria and their marginalization and social rejection at obsolete institutions by their bureaucracy and lack of life plan psychologically and socially valid. Algerian society is experiencing a crisis of identity and a cultural dualism is reflected daily in the social representations and tear behavior between a traditional society still alive through religious beliefs and traditional practices and the advent of modernism that brings comfort equipment and new knowledge. Aging people live fully this identity tear that we have tried to show through this action research by social and clinical institutional analysis of all these phenomena while proposing practical solutions

Il s’agit d’un travail de recherche sur la situation dramatique des personnes vieillissantes en Algérie et sur leur marginalisation. La société algérienne vit une crise identitaire et un véritable dualisme culturel qui se traduit au quotidian dans les représentations sociales et les comportements de déchirement entre une société traditionnelle encore vivace à travers les croyances religieuses et pratiques ancestrales et l’avènement du modernisme qui ramené le confort matériel et un nouveau savoir. La présente étude est une recherche-action, une analyse institutionnelle sociale et clinique de tous ces phénomènes.
