|a تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على حاجات ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، والوصول إلى تصور مقترح من منظور الممارسة العامة لتحسين جودة الحياة لهم، وتنتمي للدراسات الوصفية التحليلية واعتمدت على منهج المسح الاجتماعي بطريقة العينة العشوائية، وتمثلت أدوات الدراسة في استبيان موجه للأسر والعاملين بالجمعية لتحديد حاجات ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصة، وتوصلت الدراسة إلى اتفاق آراء العاملين مع الأسر على أولوية الحاجات الاجتماعية وهو ما يؤكد أهمية دور الأسرة في حياتهم من حيث حاجاتهم للشعور بالأهمية داخل الأسرة ووجود العلاقات الطيبة معهم وإتاحة الفرصة لهم للمشاركة في المناسبات الاجتماعية بما يساعدهم على الاندماج في المجتمع ويكفل لهم الشعور بالأمن الاجتماعي. كما اتفقت الآراء على بعض الحاجات النفسية متمثلة في مساعدتهم على تقبل ذواتهم وعدم الخجل من أي قصور، وشعور كل فرد بأهميته وأن له كيانه في المجتمع، بينما اختلفت آراؤهم؛ حيث رأت الأسر أن تقبل الوالدين وتقبل الآخرين له الأولوية، وهو ما يؤكد دور الأسرة في إشباع الحاجات النفسية، بينما رأى العاملون أن الشعور بالاستقرار النفسي، وتدعيم الشعور بالرضا عن ذاته له الأولوية. كما اتفقت الآراء على أولوية بعض الحاجات الصحية كتيسير الحصول على العلاج وتمكينه من الاستفادة من الخدمات الصحية المقدمة بالجمعية، وبعض الحاجات التأهيلية متمثلة في التنسيق والتكامل بين أفراد فريق العمل التأهيلي وتقديم خدمات تأهيلية شاملة.

|b This study aims to identify the needs of the individuals with special needs to develop a tentative proposal from the general perspective of general practice in social work to improve the quality of their life. It is an analytical-descriptive study based on a social survey conducted on a random sample of families and social workers to identify the needs of individuals with special needs. The study reached a consensus on the views of social workers with families on the priority of social needs, which emphasizes the importance of the role of the family in their lives in terms of their need to feel the importance within the family and the existence of good relations within the members of the one family in order to allow them to participate in social events get integrated into society by ensuring their sense of social security. Participants also agreed on some psychological needs represented in helping them to accept themselves and not to shy away from any shortcomings, and feeling their importance as individuals living independently in society. However, their opinions differed as families saw that accepting parents and accepting others were a priority, which confirms the role of the family in satisfying the psychological needs, While in the view of social workers, the sense of psychological stability could strengthen the feeling of self-satisfaction which is a priority in the first place. They also agreed on the priority of some health needs, such as facilitating access to treatment and enabling individuals to benefit from the health services provided by the Association, and some of the rehabilitation needs in the form of coordination and integration between members of the rehabilitation team and provide comprehensive rehabilitation services.
