|a يهدف البحث الحالي إلى معرفة العلاقة بين أسلوب التواصل التوكيدي وبعض المتغيرات (السنة الدراسية، الجنس والعمر ومكان الإقامة وعدد الإخوة والترتيب بينهم ومستوى تعلم كل من الأب والأم)، لدى عينة من طلبة علم النفس في كلية التربية في جامعة دمشق. تكون مجتمع البحث من طلبة السنوات الخمس في كلية التربية باختصاص علم النفس للعام الدراسي 2015/2016، وشملت عينة البحث (58) طالبا وطالبة موزعين بطريقة طبقية عشوائية. وقد قام الباحث بترجمة أداة لقياس مهارات التواصل التوكيدي (The Simple Rathus Assertiveness Schedule)، وقد تم عرضها على مجموعة من الخبراء في التربية وعلم النفس لإيجاد صدق المحكمين، إضافة لحساب الصدق التمييزي باستخدام الربيعيات، حيث تبين أن القيمة الاحتمالية (0.000) أصغر من مستوى الدلالة لـــ (ت) المحسوبة < (0.05)، وهذا يعني أن المقياس يتصف صدق تمييزي. كما تم حساب الثبات بطريقتي الثبات بالاتساق الداخلي باستخدام معامل ألفاكرونباخ، حيث بلغ (0.936) وبالتجزئة النصفية حيث ظهرت معاملات الثبات بالتجزئة جيدة ومرتفعة (0.951) وهي دالة على ثبات المقياس. وقد أجريت المعالجات الإحصائية، وقد أظهرت النتائج عدم وجود علاقة ارتباطية بين التواصل التوكيدي وكل المتغيرات التي تناولها البحث بالدراسة. وفي ضوء نتائج البحث اقترح الباحث بضرورة استخدام وتدريس التواصل التوكيدي في منهاج كلية التربية، وإجراء المزيد من الدراسات التي تتناول متغيرات أخرى لم يتناولها البحث الحالي.

|b The current research aims to find a relation between the assertive communication style and some variables (college year, sex, age, place of residence, number of siblings and their order, the literacy or education level of both father and mother) concerning a sample of psychology students in the faculty of Education at Damascus University. The research was conducted on the population of psychology students from all 5 college years of the faculty of Education of the academic year 2015/2016. The sample size was 58 students who were randomly chosen. The researcher translated the tool for measuring the assertive communication skills, (The Simple Rathus Assertiveness Schedule) and was presented to some experts in education and psychology to make sure of its validity and to calculate its discriminate validity which was found that the probable value القيمة (0.000) is smaller than the significance level <(0.05), which means that the measure has discriminate validity The reliability was calculated using two methods, Cronbach's alpha coefficient reaching (0.936), and the split-half method where the coefficient was good and high = (0.951) marking the reliability of the measurement. Statistical treatments have been carried out. The results showed that there was no correlation between the assertive communication and all the variables of the study. In light of the search results the researcher suggested the need to use and teach assertive communication platform in the College of Education and further studies addressing other variables not covered by current research.
