المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة تعرّف درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس في محافظة الداخلية بسلطنة عمان لنظرية هالبن في القيادة، ومن أجل تحقيق الهدف صممت استبانة مكونة من (26) فقرة، وبعد التأكد من دلالات صدقها وثباتها طبقت على (140) مدير مدرسة ومعلما أول في العام الدراسي 2016/2017م، وللإجابة عن أسئلة الدراسة استخرجت المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية وتحليل التباين واختبار (ت)، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج كان من أبرزها: أن درجة ممارسة مديري المدارس لنظرية هالبن في محافظة الداخلية بسلطنة عمان متوسطة، كما أشارت النتائج إلى عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية لدرجة ممارسة مديري المدارس لنظرية هالبن في محافظة الداخلية بسلطنة عمان عند مستوى دلالة (a= 0.05)، تعزى لمتغيرات (النوع الاجتماعي والمؤهل العلمي، وسنوات الخبرة)، وفي ضوء النتائج يقترح الباحث ضرورة أن يتعاون مديرو المدارس مع المعلمين في إعداد الخطط التدريسية ومتابعة تنفيذها، ومساعدة المعلمين على استخدام استراتيجيات التقويم، وتوفير مناخ اجتماعي ديمقراطي داخل المدرسة يدعم المعلمين ويعزز أدوارهم.

This study aims at finding out the degree of Public Schools Principals' application in the State of Al dakhlia Governate, Sultanate of Oman to Halben Theory in Leadership. To achieve the objectives of the study, a questionnaire composed of (28) items was designed. After checking the validity and reliability of the questionnaire, (120) members of the study group composed of (Managers, and master teachers ) were requested to respond to the questionnaire items during the academic year 2016/2017. To evaluate the responses, ( means, standard deviation, differential analysis and T-test ) were employed. The study highlighted a number of results, the most important of which are: The degree of practicing the degree of Public Schools Principals' application in the State of Al dakhlia Governate Sultanate of Oman to Halben Theory in Leadership is average. The absence of statistically significant differences in the school principals' practice in the State of Al dakhlia Governate Sultanate of Oman to Halben Theory in Leadership at the level of (a = 0.05) is due to the effects of (experience , academic qualification and gender).In the light of the findings, the researcher Suggest the following: The need for school principals to collaborate with teachers in the preparation of educational plans and followup implementation, and to help teachers to use evaluation strategies, and to provide a democratic social environment within the school that supports teachers and enhances their roles.
