المستخلص: يهدف البحث الحالي إلى قياس فاعلية برنامج مقترح قائم على أسلوب التعلم التعاوني، مطبق على مجموعة تجريبية من طلبة كلية الإعلام بجامعة بنغازي، مسجلين في مقرر أساسيات البحث العلمي، خلال فصل الربيع لعام 2012م، بهدف الاستفادة من نتائج التطبيق التجريبي في تطوير البرنامج الأكاديمي للكلية، وتحويلها من كلية تقليدية إلى كلية معاصرة يتوافق برنامجها الأكاديمي مع احتياجات سوق العمل الإعلامي، وتم التطبيق التجريبي من خلال برنامج مقترح يعتمد على استعمال أسلوب التعلم التعاوني، لتطبيق الأنشطة والموضوعات التي تغطي مصفوفة المعارف والمهارات الخاصة بمتطلبات سوق العمل الإعلامي، وتمت الاستعانة بدليل تدريبي يساعد في التطبيق التجريبي، ويضبط متغيرات البحث ويحددها، بالإضافة إلى وضع مقياس يقيس فاعلية تطبيق البرنامج على المجموعة التجريبية، واعتمد في التحقق من النتائج النهائية وتفسيرها على استخراج قيم المتوسطات الحسابية والانحرافات المعيارية لتحديد الفروقات بين القياسين القبلي البعدي، واستخراج قيمة اختبار (ت) لتحديد مستوى الدلالة بين الاختبارين، بالإضافة إلى الاستعانة بمعادلة (بلاك) لقياس نسبة الكسب المعدل لمستويات تأثير البرنامج، وقياس حجم التأثير باستخراج قيمة (ايتا 22) المقابلة لقيمة (d).
وقد توصل البحث إلى مجموعة النتائج الآتية:
1. قبول الفرض الأول واعتبار أن البرنامج المقترح يساعد على تنمية المعارف والمعلومات النظرية لدى المجموعة التجريبية.
2. قبول الفرض الثاني واعتبار وجود دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.01) بين تطبيق البرنامج وارتفاع مستوى المهارات الاتصالية في صالح التطبيق البعدي.
3. قبول الفرض الثالث واعتبار وجود دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.01) بين تطبيق البرنامج، وارتفاع مستوى المهارات الذهنية في صالح التطبيق البعدي.
4. قبول الفرض الرابع واعتبار وجود دلالة إحصائية عند مستوى (0.01) بين تطبيق البرنامج وارتفاع مستوى المهارات الوظيفية في صالح التطبيق البعدي.

The current research aims to measure the effectiveness of a proposed program based on the method of collaborative learning, applied to an experimental group consisting of the students of the Faculty of Media, University of Benghazi, enrolled in the course of the basics of scientific research during the spring of 2012 in order to benefit from the results of the experimental application in the development of the academic program of the college, and transform it from a traditional college into a contemporary college whose academic program corresponds to the needs of the media labor market. The experimental application was carried out through a proposed program based on the use of collaborative learning method to apply activities and topics covering the matrix of knowledge and skills specific to the requirements of the media labor market. The study used a training manual to assist in the experimental application, and that will regulate and identify the research variables. The study also developed a scale that measures the effectiveness of applying the program to the experimental group. The study relied on extracting the values of arithmetic averages and standard deviations to determine the differences between the pre and post applications. The study also relied on extracting the T-test value to determine the level of significance between the two tests. The study also used the Block formula to measure the adjusted gain ratio of the impact levels of the program and the magnitude of the effect by extracting a value (ETA 22) corresponding to the value (d).
The research arrived at the following of results:
1. Accepting the first imposition and consider that the proposed program helps to develop theoretical knowledge and information in the pilot group;
2. Accepting the second imposition and considering that there is a statistical significance at the level of (0.01) between the application of the program and the high level of communication skills in favor of the post-application;
3. Accepting the third imposition and considering that there is a statistical significance at the level of (0.01) between the application of the program and the high level of mental skills in favor of the post-application;
4. Accepting the fourth imposition and considering that there is a statistical significance at the level of (0.01) between the application of the program and the high level of functional skills in favor of the post-application.
