|b This study was conducted in order to identify the extent of the implementation of the principles of the corporate governance in the Algerian seaports, especially with the emergence of favorable laws on privatization of port activity. The study adopted the descriptive analytical approach; besides relying on personal interviews, academic and professional reports, and the laws and legislations issued on the subject of the study. The study had reached a number of findings, which indicated that the corporate governance had not been applied clearly in most of Algerian ports, even in those ports that witnessed partnership with international firms. The most important recommendations of the study include the need to activate the various principles of corporate governance in order to amend the process of the reforms initiated by the public authorities; in addition to strengthening the role of boards of directors in ports and giving them enough autonomy to take daring decisions.

|a تم إجراء هذه الدراسة بهدف التعرف على مدى تطبيق مبادئ حوكمة الشركات في الموانئ البحرية الجزائرية، خاصة مع بروز القوانين المشجعة على خصخصة نشاط الموانئ. اتبعت الدراسة المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، كما تم الاعتماد على المقابلات الشخصية، والتقارير الأكاديمية والمهنية، والقوانين والتشريعات الصادرة في موضوع الدراسة. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى عدد من النتائج منها: أن حوكمة الشركات لم تعرف ترجمة ميدانية واضحة في معظم الموانئ الجزائرية، حتى تلك التي عرفت شراكة مع مؤسسات عالمية، ومن أهم توصيات الدراسة: ضرورة تفعيل مختلف مبادئ حوكمة الشركات من أجل تعديل مسار الإصلاحات التي باشرتها السلطات العمومية، بالإضافة إلى تقوية دور مجالس الإدارة في الموانئ، ومنحهم الاستقلالية الكافية في اتخاذ قرارات أكثر جرأة.
