|a لقد تأثر العديد من الروائيين الجزائريين بالواقعية الغربية بمختلفة اتجاهاتها وجسدوا ذلك في أعمالهم الروائية المختلفة، ولعل أهم اتجاه حضي باهتمام بالغ من طرف الروائيين الجزائريين هو الواقعية النقدية التي نلمح أثرها في الكثير من الروايات الجزائرية، ولعل من أهمها رواية ريح الجنوب لعبد الحميد بن هدوقة، الذي استطاع من خلال سلسلة رواياته أن يتمثل خصائص الواقعية النقدية الغربية، ويثبت براعة الروائي الجزائري في تبني هذا الاتجاه من خلال تقديم صورة حية وصادقة ينتقد فيها الحياة الجزائرية في قالب قصصي فني هو الرواية.

Perhaps the most important trend that received great attention from Algerian novelists is the critical realism that we allude in many Algerian novels. One of the most important is the novel of the wind of the south by Abdelhamid bin Hadouga, who, through his series of novels, was able to present the characteristics of Western critical realism.
