|f This study aims at answering the question of whether the Association of Algerian Muslim Scholars has a political activity, even though it is a religious educational organization, or not? After relying on the historical and descriptive approach, the researcher concluded that the reform program for scholars included political activity, because it is a religious matter and a national necessity, although this is not a declared slogan and directly to safeguard the organization from aborting its projects at the beginning.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018

|d La présente étude a pour objet de répondre au problématique qui s’articule autour de la question suivante: Est-ce que l’association des Oulémas musulmans algériens avait une activité politique ou non, malgré que cette dernière est une association religieuse éducative ?\nEn s’appuyant sur la méthodologie historique et descriptive, le chercheur a constaté que le programme de réforme suivi par les Oulémas comprenait une activité politique étant une exigence religieuse et une nécessité nationale voire un slogan annoncé ,ou d’une manière directe, cette activité préserve les principes de l’association et assure la continuation de ses projets.\n

|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى الإجابة على إشكالية مفادها هل كان لجمعية العلماء المسلمين الجزائريين نشاط سياسي رغم انه جمعية دينية تهذيبية تعليمية أم لا؟ وبعد اعتماد الباحث على المنهج التاريخي والمنهج الوصفي توصل إلى أن البرنامج الإصلاحي للعلماء شمل النشاط السياسي لأنه مطلب ديني وضرورة وطنية وإن لم يكن ذلك شعارا معلنا وبطريقة مباشرة صونا للجمعية من أن تجهض مشاريعها في بدايتها.
