المستخلص: Notre étude vise à révéler les différentes stratégies qui peuvent être adopter par la Banque d'Algérie afin de renforcer la compétitivité des banques publiques Algériennes pour assurer leur survie et leur pérennité, surtout que ces banques occupent une place importante dans la structure du système bancaire Algérien, de plus, elles font face à la concurrence des banques privées après la promulgation de la loi de la monnaie et du crédit qui a ouvert la voie à la création de banques privées et à l'ouverture de succursales de banques étrangères en Algérie

Our study revealed the different strategies that the Bank of Algeria can adopt to reinforce the competitiveness of Algerian public banks in order to ensure their survival and their durability, especially since these banks occupy an important place in the structure of the Algerian banking system. Moreover, it faces the competition of private banks after the promulgation of the law of money and credit which paved the way for the creation of private banks and the opening of branches of foreign banks in Algeria

تهدف دراستنا إلى الكشف عن مختلف استراتيجيات بنك الجزائر الكفيلة بتعزيز تنافسية البنوك العمومية الجزائرية لضمان بقائها واستمراريتها خاصة وأنها تحتل موقعا محوريا في تركيبة النظام البنكي الجزائري، إضافة إلى انها أصبحت تواجه منافسة من قبل نظيرتها الخاصة عقب صدور قانون النقد القرض الذي مهد لإقامة بنوك خاصة وفتح فروع للبنوك الأجنبية في الجزائر.
