المستخلص: Cette étude vise à faire la lumière sur les conséquences de la libéralisation du marché algérien de l'assurance sur l'économie nationale à travers l'analyse et l'évaluation du secteur de l'assurance avant et après sa libération en 1995, sur la base d'un ensemble de données et de statistiques pour analyser le volume des primes collectées, indices densité et la pénétration vers le bas pour mesurer la proportion de la contribution du secteur au financement de l'économie nationale . L'étude a conclu que le secteur a obtenu des résultats positifs après sa libération, mais qu'il n'a pas encore atteint le niveau des aspirations et qu'il existe de nombreux obstacles qui empêchent la réalisation du secteur aux objectifs souhaités.

تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى تسليط الضوء على انعكاسات تحرير السوق الجزائرية للتأمينات على الاقتصاد الوطني من خلال تحليل وتقييم قطاع التأمينات قبل وبعد تحريره سنة 1995 وذلك استنادا على مجموعة من المعطيات والاحصائيات لتحليل حجم الأقساط المحصلة، مؤشري الكثافة والاختراق وصولا إلى قياس نسبة مساهمة القطاع في تمويل الاقتصاد الوطني. ولقد استخلصت الدراسة إلى ان القطاع حقق نتائج إيجابية بعد تحريره إلا أنه لم يرقى بعد إلى مستوى التطلعات وبقيت الكثير من المعوقات التي تحول دون تحقيق القطاع للأهداف المرجوة منه.

This study aims at shedding light on the implications of the liberalization of the Algerian market for insurance on the national economy through the analysis and evaluation of the insurance sector before and after its liberation in 1995 based on a set of data and statistics to analyze the volume of premiums collected, indices of density and penetration to measure the contribution of the sector in financing the national economy . The study concluded that the sector achieved positive results after its liberation, but it has not yet reached the level of aspirations and there are many obstacles that prevent the achievement of the sector to the desired goals
