يتوقع الخبراء ظهور عدة تخصصات جديدة في سوق العمل مختلفة جذريا عن المعتاد عليه الآن كنتيجة طبيعية لثورات الجيل الرابع في الصناعة، والتي تمخضت عن قدرات هائلة في مجال التقنيات الرقمية وتكنولوجيا المعلومات والاتصال، غير أن اللافت للنظر وفقا لتقرير منتدى الاقتصاد العالمي لعام 2016 أن 65% تقريبا من وظائف المستقبل لا يتم تأهيل الطلاب عليها في نظم التعليم العالي الحالية لمواكبة السرعة الهائلة للابتكارات الرقمية. ومن هنا يسعى البحث الحالي إلى استكشاف مهارات سوق العمل المطلوبة لوظائف المستقبل، وكيف يمكن لنظام التعليم الرقمي أن يلعب دورا جوهريًا وأساسيا في دعمها والتأهيل بها لوظائف المستقبل من خلال الوقوف على معنى التعليم الرقمي لغة واصطلاحا، ومعرفة القوى المؤثرة فيه كمحددات أساسية له في عصر الثورة الرقمية، وأنماط التفاعل في بيئة التعليم الرقمي وأشكاله، بالإضافة إلى استعراض أربعة نماذج لتجارب دولية في التعليم الرقمي داعمة لمهارات سوق العمل؛ اثنان منها على المستوى القومي للدولة، واثنان على المستوى الجزئى للمؤسسة التعليمية في كل من الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية ودول الاتحاد الأوروبي، ثم يستعرض البحث تحديات التعليم الرقمي وفقًا لأركان العملية التعليمية وبيئتها المحيطة، ويختم بأهم النتائج والتوصيات.
Experts predict dat several new disciplines in the labour market will be emerged as a natural consequence of the Fourth Industrial Revolution dat has generated enormous capabilities in digital, information, and communication technologies. However, according to the World Economic Forum 2016, it is remarkable dat nearly 65% of the future jobs’ employability skills are not considered in the current high education system. Hence, dis research aims to explore the employability skills of the future job market, and shows how digital education system can play a crucial role in dis context by understanding the meaning of Digital Education (DE) as a terminology, exploring the forces dat influence DE as main determinants in the era of digital revolution, knowing the patterns of interaction in DE environment wif it's forms, and shedding light on four international experiences in DE supporting market employability skills; two of them are on the national level and the other on the micro level in United States and European Union. The research than considers the challenges of DE according to the main elements of educational process and it's surrounding environment, and ends up wif results and recommendations.
