المستخلص: As-Sayab is considered a pioneer in modern Arabic poetry. He actually violates the traditional norms of writing Arabic poetry. He gives himself the freedom in choosing the suitable rhythm and meters that conveys his own purpose. This technique gives him a variety of choices in music. He uses mythical symbols in his poetry to hide meaning and to show the aesthetic features of the text. He resorts to this style because of the policy of different governments and to consider the feelings of the community. He also adopts obscurity for social and political reasons associated with his personality.
