المستخلص: إن مجالات تدريب والتنمية المهنية للمعلمين وأساتذة الجامعات بالإضافة إلى مرجع الكفايات المهنية هي من المجالات البحثية التي أثارت اهتمام العديد من الباحثين في مجال التعليم، بما في ذلك (Perrenoud (2001)، (Paquay, (1994)، و (Petignat Berchoud (2007).
الهدف الرئيسي من هذه الدراسة هو دراسة مهارات المعلمين في مركز علوم اللغة والتواصل في الجامعة اللبنانية CSLC من أجل تطوير مرجع الكفايات المهنية للأستاذ. لتحقيق ذلك، تم تحليل بعض المهارات المرجعية والخطوات التي قامت بها الجامعات في بعض الدول. ولقد مكننا هذا التحليل من تحديد العناصر الأساسية التي يمكن أن ترشدنا للحصول على أول تصور لمرجع الكفايات.
ولهذا الغرض، تم تحضير استبيان خاص بالمعلمين في CLSC واستبيان آخر خاص بالطلاب. واستنادا إلى نتائج التحليل الإحصائي للبيانات التي تم جمعها، تمت مقارنة توجهات وآراء الأساتذة والطلاب فيما يتعلق بالكفايات الشخصية، المهنية والاجتماعية والاجتماعية – المهنية للمدرسين في الجامعة.

The professional training and development areas for teachers and university lecturers, in addition to the professional competencies resource, represent research areas which have stoked the interest of many researchers in the education field; including “Perrenoud, 2001”, Paquay, 1994” and Petignat Berchoud, 2007”.
The main objective of this research is to study the skills of the teachers in the Centre of Language Sciences and Communication, at the CLSC Lebanese university, for the sake of developing a professional competencies resource for the lecturer. To accomplish that, some of the resource skills and steps undertaken by the universities in some countries were analyzed. This analysis enabled us to determine the main elements which can guide us to attain a primary conception of the competencies resource.
For this purpose, a specific questionnaire was prepared for the teachers of CLSC and another specific questionnaire was prepared for the students. Based upon the statistical analysis results of the collated data, a comparison of attitudes and opinions between the lecturers and the students was made, in relation to personal, professional, social and socio-professional competencies of the teachers at the university.
