| 520 | |a يهدف البحث الحالي إلى تطوير مهارات الكتابة لطلبة إدارة الأعمال، كما يهدف إلى تمكين الطلبة من تحديات الكفاءة في الكتابة في جوانب متعددة. إن الدراسة الحالية تسلط الضوء على أربع استراتيجيات مهمة تظهر من النظرية البنائية من خلال تطوير تقنيات مهارات الكتابة لإدارة الأعمال، مثل استراتيجية المقالة، الخرائط الذهنية ، التعلم المبني على التساؤل أو التحقيق، التعليم المبني على حل المشكلات. لقد توصل الباحث من خلال هذه الدراسة إلى الآتي: - لقد أثبت الدراسة من خلال أداء المجموعة التجريبية في الاختبار القبلي والبعدي لمهارات الكتابة التقنية الإدارية، تفوق هذه المجموعة بصورة كاملة وفى كل مهارة من مهارات الاختبار بمستوى 0.05. - أن نتائج هذه الدراسة يمكن إيجازها بالتالي: 1. إن استخدام البرنامج المقترح الذي يستند على النظرية البنائية يطور مهارات الكتابة التقنية الإدارية. 2. إن استخدام نشاطات النظرية البنائية يزيد من دافعية الطلبة نحو التعلم. 3. توفر للطلبة إرشادات طبقا كما هو مدرج والتي تنشئ الإدراك الذاتي. | ||
| 520 | |b The present research aims at developing Business Administration Students' Writing Skills. The study also aids the students to meet the challenges of writing efficiently for Several purposes. The study highlights four significant strategies emergent from the constructivism theory that will be utilized for developing the business technical writing Skills such as scaffolding strategy, mind mapping, inquiry based learning and problem based learning. The researcher has arrived at the following results: The current study proved to be effective as the experimental group's performance on the prey post business technical writing skills test developed significantly in favor of post business technical writing skills test developed significantly in favor of post business technical writing skills test as a whole and each skill of the test at ( 0.05 ) level . Furthermore, the experimental group attained progress in each skills of the test. The findings of the study can be summed up as follows: First, the use of proposed program based on the constructivism theory develops business technical writing skills. Second, the use of constructivist activities increase students' motivation towards learning. Third, providing students with a rubric according which they will be graded, helps students raise self-awareness. | ||
