المستخلص: In this study, we focus on Controlling Evidence in Field of Electronic Crime. through three section. In the first section, Electronic Crime was defined as; any criminal act carried out using an electronic medium, or subject to it, to achieve an illegal objective related to the electronic environment and its techniques. In the second section, The Transition and the Examination were discussed in the informatics environment. The Crime Scene was defined as. a virtual theater within the electronic environment. In the third part, The Control of the Electronic Evidence was addressed. The electronic crime control includes controlling the computer hardware components, controlling the computer’s components, data control, and controlling the networks. Several' conclusions and recommendations have been reached. The most important of these is: Given the nature and characteristics of Electronic Crime, it is necessary to develop the method of investigating information crime. Police, prosecutors and the judiciary must receive adequate training in the investigation and prosecution of Electronic Crime for their technological and technical nature, were differs from conventional crime.
