المستخلص: The present study dealt with Performance Evaluation In the general job, where the researcher deals in the first subject The concept of performance evaluation reports, their usefulness and importance. The second topic deals with the legal nature of the reports and the judicial control over them .The third topic deals with the provisions of the report in terms of the form of the report and the duration of the periodicity and the number of times of evaluation and persons subject to the evaluation and the competent authority to develop and adopt the report, and then dealt with the researcher in the fourth subject Finally, the legal effects .of positive and negative performance evaluation reports.
