|a هدف البحث الكشف عن واقع ممارسة الشفافية الإدارية في كلية التربية جامعة الأزهر بالقاهرة في مجالات (القوانين واللوائح، المعلومات وإجراءات العمل، المشاركة في صنع واتخاذ القرارات، الاتصال الإداري، تقييم الأداء، المساءلة) من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس والموظفين، والكشف عن الفروق ذات الدلالة الإحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أعضاء هيئة التدريس والموظفين حول واقع ممارسة الشفافية الإدارية تعزي لمتغيرات (الوظيفة – سنوات العمل بالكلية)، واستخدم البحث المنهج الوصفي المسحي، والاستبانة كأداة تم تطبيقها على عينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والموظفين بالكلية، وتوصل البحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها: جاء واقع ممارسة الشفافية الإدارية في كلية التربية جامعة الأزهر بالقاهرة في جميع مجالاتها بدرجة متوسطة من وجهة نظر أعضاء هيئة التدريس والموظفين، وعدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية بين متوسطات استجابات أفراد العينة من أعضاء هيئة التدريس والموظفين حول جميع مجالات الشفافية الإدارية والمجالات ككل تعزي لمتغيري المسمى الوظيفي، وسنوات العمل بالكلية.

|b The research aimed to reveal the reality of administrative transparency in the Faculty of Education Al-Azhar University in Cairo in the aspects of (laws and regulations, information and procedures, participation in decision-making, administrative communication, performance evaluation, and accountability). The statistical significance differences between the average responses of faculty and administrative staff members on the reality of administrative transparency are attributed to the variables (job - years of work in the college). The research used the descriptive method and the questionnaire as a tool applied to a sample of faculty members and administrative staff at Faculty of Education Al-Azhar University in Cairo in all its fields in a medium degree from the point of view of faculty members and employees. There were no statistically significant differences between the average responses of the sample members of the faculty members and administrative staff on all aspects of administrative transparency and aspects as a whole are attributed to the variables of job title, and years of work in college.
