يعالج البحث إشكالية الاستدلالات اللفظية بالسنة، ويسلط الضوء على شيء من التوسع في هذا النوع من الاستدلال، في محاولة لتأصيل ينطلق منه المستدل والناقد، وإبراز ضوابط يعرف بها صحة الاستدلال واستقامته، ويفهم منها عوائق الاستدلال وموانعه، مع رسم للتعامل الأمثل مع الاستدلالات اللفظية؛ التعامل المبني على النقد الواعي لحال الاستدلالات اللفظية، وواقعها، وعلى التصور الواضح لما يجب أن يكون عليه هذا النوع من الاستدلال في الدراسات المستقبلية للعلوم الشرعية واللغوية، وقـد انتظم البحث في مقدمة، وتمهيد، وثلاثة مباحث تناول فيها أنواع الاستدلال بالنص النبوي، وصور الحرفية في الاستدلال، وضوابط استقامة الاستدلال الحرفي، ومستقبله المأمول في الدراسات الشرعية واللغوية، ثم خاتمة حوت أبرز نتائج البحث، وقد اعتنى الباحث بالتمثيل لأنواع الاستدلال وصوره، وعمد إلى ترك ما بعد عن مقصود البحث كالإطالة في التخريج، أو مناقشة المسائل الممثل بها في الاستدلال، أو بيان الراجح من الأقوال.
The research deals with the issue of verbal inferences of Sunnah and highlights the expansion in such inference, in an effort to establish a starting point for the person who uses inference and the critic, and highlighting the regulations defining the authenticity and sincerity of the inference, and explaining its challenges and barriers; with a demonstration of the best way to process verbal inferences. This process is built upon apprehensive criticism of the situation and reality of verbal inferences, and on the clear perception of how this kind of inference should be in future studies of Sharia and language sciences. The research is divided into an introduction, a preface, and three topics where it discussed the types of prophetic inference, the verbal aspects of inference, and the regulations of its sincerity and its hopeful future in Sharia and language studies, then a conclusion including the most significant results. The researcher displays examples of the types and forms of inference and excludes the irrelevant matters, such as prolixity of interpretation, or discussion of the matters represented in the inference, or explaining the predominant sayings.
