|a يهدف هذا البحث إلى التَعرُّف على الإصلاح السياسي في الأردن في عهدي الملك حسين –رحمه الله -والملك عبد الله الثاني (دراسة مقارنة)، وذلك بتحليل الأداء السياسي ومدى قبوله واستجابته لمطالب المواطنين. وذلك في سياق الفرضية التي تقول إنَ النظام السياسي الراشد هو الذي يستجيب لمطالب الشعب، ويقدم الحلول الناجزة، التي تؤدي إلى الاستقرار والأمن في الدولة. ولإثبات هذه الفرضية فقد استخدم الباحثان منهج التحليل التاريخي والمنهج المقارن ومنهج تحليل النظم للتحقق من فروض البحث. وبذلك فقد قام هذا البحث على تتبع النظام السياسي الأردني منذ نشأته استناداً إلى مبادئ: الشرعية، والتعددية والمشاركة السياسية، وعدالة توزيع القيم السلطوية وسلمية انتقال السلطة، والاستجابة للمطالب الإصلاحية، والعقد الاجتماعي، والتحوُّل الديمقراطي، وذلك تحقيقاً لمنهج التحليل التاريخي والمنهج المقارن ومنهج النظم. ولقد استطاع الباحثان الإجابة عن الفرضية التي قام عليها البحث من خلال نجاح النظام الأردني وبشكل كبير بالقبول والاستجابة لمطالب الإصلاح، ممَا حفظ بقاءه واستمراره وفاعليته. أظهرت هذه الدراسة نتائج مهمة، حيث تبيَن أنَ الشرعية، والفاعلية، والعقد الاجتماعي، وتوزيع القيم السلطوية، وإدراك التحولات الداخلية والخارجية، كانت هماً مركزياً أخذت به القيادة الأردنية، ممّا ميّز النظام السياسي الأردني عن غيره من الأنظمة السياسية المجاورة.

|b This research aims to identify the political reform during the era of king Hussain and king Abdullahii (comparative study), by analyzing the political performance and the degree of its acceptance and responsiveness to the demands of the citizens. In the context of the hypothesis that said, the rational political system is responsive to the demands of the people and provide quick solutions that lead to stability and security in the state. To improve the hypothesis, the researchers used the historical analysis approach and comparative approach and systems approach to control the subject of the research. The approaches followed the Jordanian Political System since its inception depending on the principles of legitimacy, pluralism and political participation, equitable apportionment of authoritarian values and the transition of power, responsiveness to the reformative demands, social contract and democratic transition, and that for verification of the historical analysis approach and comparative approach and systems approach. The researchers answered the hypothesis that the research was based on through the success of the Jordanian System with acceptance and responsiveness to the reformative demands significantly, which kept its existence and permanence. The study showed important results that revealed that legitimacy, effectiveness, social contract, apportionment of authoritarian values, understanding the internal and external transitions, was the priority for Jordanian leadership, which distinguished the Jordanian political system from other neighboring political systems.
