المستخلص: للمنظمات الدولية غير الحكومية طرق واستراتيجيات متعددة في الدفاع عن حقوق الإنسان تختلف من منظمة إلى أخرى، إلا أن عملها لا يخرج عن نطاق ما يسمى بأعمال الترقية وأعمال الحماية، من خلال التعريف بثقافة حقوق الإنسان وترسيخها في أوساط الجماهير، وحمل الدول على التطبيق السليم لما صادقت عليه من عهود واتفاقيات دولية، وكذا محاولة إيجاد الضمانات الفعالة والكفيلة باحترام حقوق الأفراد وحرياتهم الأساسية.

International non-governmental organizations have multiple methods and strategies in defending human rights, which vary from one organization to another. However, their work does not go beyond the scope of so-called promotion and protection works, by defining the culture of human rights, strengthening it among the masses, urging the countries to implement international covenants and conventions properly which they have approved and attempting to find effective assurances which guarantee the respect for the fundamental rights and freedoms of individuals.

Les organisations non gouvernementales internationales ont des méthodes et des stratégies différentes pour la défense des droits de l’homme: elles diffèrent d’une organisation à l’autre, mais leur travail ne va pas au-delà du travail de promotion et de protection, en introduisant la culture des droits de l’homme et en la consolidant parmi les masses. Parmi les conventions et conventions internationales, ainsi que la tentative de trouver des garanties effectives pour respecter les droits et libertés fondamentales des individus.
