هدفت الدراسة إلى تقدير دور مديري المدارس في تعزيز ميثاق أخلاقيات مهنة التعليم لدى المعلمين من وجهة نظر مديري ومعلمي المدارس في لواء بني كنانة، والتعرف على أثر المتغيرات المستقلة: المؤهل العلمي، الوظيفة، وسنوات الخبرة. تكونت عينة من (٣٢٨) مديرا ومعلما خلال الفصل الأول من العام الدراسي (٢٠١٧/ ٢٠١٨)، حسب إحصائيات الوزارة. وتم اختيار العينة بالطريقة العشوائية من مجتمع الدراسة، حيث تكونت من (٣٢٨) مديرا ومعلما. ولتحقيق أهداف الدراسة تم تصميم استبانة اشتملت على (٢٩) فقرة، وتم التحقق من صدقها وثباتها. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى عدة نتائج أهمها: أن دور مديري المدارس في تعزيز ميثاق أخلاقيات مهنة التعليم لدى المعلمين كان مرتفعا، وأظهرت النتائج وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد العينة لدور مديري المدارس في تعزيز ميثاق أخلاقيات مهنة التعليم لدى المعلمين من وجهة نظر مديري ومعلمي المدارس في لواء بني كنانة، وتعزى لمتغير المسمى الوظيفي، لصالح تقديرات مدراء، وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا بين متوسطات تقديرات أفراد العينة لدور مديري المدارس في تعزيز ميثاق أخلاقيات مهنة التعليم لدى المعلمين من وجهة نظر مديري ومعلمي المدارس في لواء بني كنانة، تعزى لمتغير المؤهل العلمي ولمتغير سنوات الخبرة.
" The role of schools’ principals in enhancing the pact of educational ethic in the mind of teachers from both principals’ and teachers’ perspectives in Bani Kinanah directorate. This study aimed at evaluating the role of schools’ principals in enhancing the pact of educational ethic in the mind of teachers from both principals’ and teachers’ perspectives in Bani Kinanah directorate. Furthermore, it investigated the effect of independent variables such as: education, position and years of experience. The sample of the study consisted of (328) principals and teachers during the first term of the academic year (2017/ 2018).Based upon the statistics Ministry of Education in Jordan, the sample was selected randomly. In order to achieve the objectives of the research, the researcher constructed a questionnaire with (29) sections and it was proved to be reliable and valid. The study came up with the results below: 1- It showed that the role of principals in enhancing the pact of educational ethics; was very high. 2- There were statistically significant differences in the means of the sample of principals assessing the principals’ role in enhancing the educational pact of ethics from principals’ and teachers’ perspectives. These differences due to the variables of position for the favor of the principals. 3- It was shown that there were no statistically significant differences in the means of teachers’ evaluation of the principals’ of Bani Kinanah in promoting the pact of educational ethics."
