المستخلص: يعتبر نظام الصحة من القطاعات الأساسية في الاقتصاد العالمي، كما أن الصحة هي من أهم المحددات للتنمية الاجتماعية والفردية على حد سواء، أما بالنسبة للصحة الإنجابية فهي تعد من أعمدة برامج النظام الصحي ومن أولويات اهتماماتهما ومن أجل ذلك تسعى كل الدول متقدمة كانت أم في طور التقدم جاهدة وبكل الإمكانيات المتوفرة لتطوير هذا المجال، لكن ورغم كل المجهود المبذول إلا أن قطاع الصحة لا يزال يعاني من عدم تلبية كل احتياجات السكان وفي كل أقسامه، وكذا نوعية الخدمات المقدمة التي ترجع بالسلب أو بالإيجاب على صحة الأم كذا الطفل.

With regards to reproductive health, it is one of the pillars of the health system programmes and one of the priorities of their concerns. To that end, all countries, whether developed or in the process of progress, strive to develop this area. However, despite all the efforts made, the health sector still suffers from not meeting all the needs of the population and in all its sections As well as the quality of services provided that has a negative or positive effect on the health of the mother as well as the child.

Le système de santé l’un des plus importants secteurs de l’économie mondiale, alors que la santé est l’un des déterminants du développement social et individuel, tandis que la santé reproductive représente l’une des constituants de la santé générale. C’est pour cette conception que tous les pays développés ou en voie de développement tentent par tous les moyens à le réformé, mais malgré çà on note toujours des besoins non satisfaits dans ces différents services, et leur niveau de prestations qui en résultent sur la santé de la mère ainsi que de l’enfant.
