المستخلص: هدفت هذه الدراسة إلى التعرف على اتجاهات مدراء المدارس العامة نحو عملية دمج الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة في محافظة معان، والتعرف إذا ما كان لمتغيرات الخبرة العملية: أقل من عشر سنوات، عشر سنوات فأكثر، الجنس: ذكور، إناث، مجال التخصص: تخصصات تربوية، تخصصات أخرى ومستوى المدرسة: أساسية، ثانوية تأثيراً على اتجاهات مدراء المدارس العامة نحو عملية الدمج، وللتحقق من أغراض الدراسة تم تصميم استبانة تحققت فيها دلالات الصدق والثبات لقياس تلك الاتجاهات ومعرفة علاقتها بالمتغيرات السابقة، تكونت عينة الدراسة من 73 مديراً ومديرة يمثلون 73 مدرسة من جميع مناطق محافظة معان. أظهرت نتائج الدراسة وجود اتجاهات إيجابية نحو عملية دمج الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة لدى مدراء المدارس العامة، وأظهرت النتائج عدم وجود فروق ذات دلالة إحصائية في اتجاهات مدراء المدارس العامة نحو عملية دمج الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة تعزى لكل من متغيرات: الخبرة، الجنس، مجال التخصص ومستوى المدرسة. وانتهت الدراسة بمجموعة من التوصيات: توصي هذه الدراسة بتفعيل عملية الدمج الأكاديمي بشكل فعلي ومدروس في المدارس العامة، ضرورة إيجاد حلقة وصل بين أولياء أمور الطلبة ذوي الإعاقة ومدراء المدارس من أجل توعيتهم بضرورة إلحاق أبنائهم بالمدارس القريبة من مكان سكنهم، وإجراء المزيد من الدراسات التي يمكن الوصول من خلال نتائجها إلى الأسباب الحقيقية التي تقف وراء تدني مستوى التعليم لدى الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة في محافظة معان.

This study aimed to identify The Attitudes of public schools principals towards the Mainstreaming of students with disabilities in Ma'an governorate and to know if there's an effect for the experience: less than ten years, ten years and more, Gender: male and female, scope of specialty: educational specialties and non-educational, and the level of schools: elementary schools, secondary schools variables on the attitudes of principals towards the mainstreaming of the students with disabilities in public schools for achieving the purpose of the study the researcher designed a questionnaire has the validity and reliability to evaluate the directions and it's relation with last variables. The sample of the study was consisted 73 principals (female, & male) they manage 73 public school from all areas in ma'an governorate. The results of the study revealed that there were positive Attitudes towards the Mainstreaming of students with disabilities among principals of public schools, The results also revealed that there were no statistically significant differences in the Attitudes of public schools principals towards the Mainstreaming of students with disabilities attributed to the experience, gender, scope of specialty variable and the level of schools variables. The study ended with some recommendations: It recommends to activate the mainstreaming in an effective and thoughtful manner in public schools, the need to find a link between parents of students with disabilities and school principals in order to raise awareness of the need to enroll their children in schools close to their place of residence and prepare further researches that can be reached through its results to the real reasons for the low level of education for persons with disabilities in Ma'an governorate.
