المستخلص: استهدف البحث الحالي التعرف على العلاقة بين الوظائف التنفيذية والسلوك التكيفي وغير التكيفي لدى الأطفال ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد وذوي الإعاقة الفكرية البسيطة وذوي متلازمة داون، كما هدف أيضا إلى التعرف على الفروق بينهم في أداء الوظائف التنفيذية، وتكونت عينة البحث من (38) طفلا موزعين كالتالي: (12) طفلا من ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد، و(12) طفلا من ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية البسيطة، و(14) طفلا من ذوي متلازمة داون، وتراوحت أعمارهم من (6-12) عام. كما تم استخدام مقياس التقدير السلوكي للوظائف التنفيذية (BRIEF)، ومقياس فينلاند للسلوك التكيفي ومقياس السلوك غير التكيفي. وتوصلت نتائج البحث الحالي إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة بين الدرجة الكلية للوظائف التنفيذية والدرجة الكلية للسلوك التكيفي لدى ذوى اضطراب طيف التوحد وذوي الإعاقة الفكرية البسيطة والمتوسطة، كما توصلت أيضا إلى وجود علاقة ارتباطية دالة بين الدرجة الكلية للوظائف التنفيذية وجميع الأبعاد والدرجة الكلية للسلوك غير التكيفي لدى ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد، وعلاقة ارتباطية دالة بين الدرجة الكلية للوظائف التنفيذية وبعد السلوكيات الخارجية في السلوك غير التكيفي لدى ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية البسيطة والمتوسطة (متلازمة داون)، بينما كانت العلاقة ضعيفة بين الدرجة الكلية للوظائف التنفيذية وبعد السلوكيات الداخلية لديهم، كما وجدت فروق دالة إحصائيا في أداء الوظائف التنفيذية لدى ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد وذوي الإعاقة الفكرية البسيطة والمتوسطة (متلازمة داون) في أبعاد الوظائف التنفيذية التالية: (التحويل- والضبط الانفعالي- والتخطيط) والمجموع الكلي للوظائف التنفيذية، مع وجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في التحويل والتخطيط لصالح ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية البسيطة، وفي بعد الضبط الانفعالي لصالح ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية المتوسطة (متلازمة داون)، ووجود فروق دالة إحصائيا في المجموع الكلي للوظائف التنفيذية بين ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد وذوي الإعاقة الفكرية البسيطة لصالح ذوي الإعاقة الفكرية البسيطة، وعدم وجود فروق في المجموع الكلي للوظائف التنفيذية بين ذوي اضطراب طيف التوحد وذوي الإعاقة الفكرية المتوسطة (متلازمة داون).

The aim of the research was to identify the relationship between executive functions and adaptive and maladaptive behavior in children with autism spectrum disorders and those with mild and Down syndrome. And to identify the differences between them in the performance of executive functions. The sample consisted of (38): 12 children with autism spectrum disorder, 12 children with mild intellectual disabilities, and 14 children with Down syndrome their chronical age ranged from (6-12) years, recrutied from the Jamal al-Din and intellectual education schools in Ismailia Governorate. The behavioral assessment scale for executive functions (BRIEF) (2012), Vineland Adaptive Behavior Scale Translated (1995) and the Maladaptive Behavior Scale (Prepared by the Researcher). The results of the study showed a significant correlation between the total degree of executive functions and the total degree of adaptive behavior among children with autism spectrum disorders and those with mild and moderate intellectual disabilities. A significant correlation between the total degree of executive functions and all the dimensions and the overall degree of maladaptive behavior among children with Autism Spectrum Disorder, And a significant correlation between the total degree of executive functions and externalization behaviors in maladaptive behavior among children with mild and moderate intellectual disabilities (Down syndrome), while the relationship between the total degree of executive functions The differences in the performance of executive functions in children with autism spectrum disorders and those with mild and moderate intellectual disability (Down syndrome) were found in the dimensions of the following executive functions: (shift, emotional control, planning) and the total number of executive functions, differences in shift and planning for the benefit of children with a mild intellectual disability, and after the emotional control for the benefit of children with moderate intellectual disability (Down syndrome), and the existence of differences in the total number of executive functions among those with autism spectrum disorders and those with a mild intellectual disability in favor of children with mild intellectual disability, There are differences in the total number of executive functions among children with autism spectrum disorders and those with moderate intellectual disabilities (Down syndrome).
