المستخلص: Security and safety of households is an important purpose of Islamic Shariah whereas many texts of Quran and Sunnah have provided for maintaining it and forbidding any violation for it. This is strongly associated with honoring the holy texts and believing in them, because there are many prophetic traditions (Hadith) pertaining to the reform of houses and families in terms of saving the lives and keeping the prosperities. Since these measures are associated with unseen aspects, then understanding and adhering to them would call for a strong belief and certainty in the oneness of Allah. Thus it is necessary to explain such matters for people so as to save them and their houses from harm and loss, while linking that with theological aspects is a great help to comply with and implement such measures. The researcher adopted the inductive analytical methodology, he mentioned the traditions that contain prophetic directives for security and safety of the households then explained the jurisprudence and theological aspects of these traditions. The research revealed that some prophetic traditions which provided for security and safety of households represent directives for tangible reasons such as putting the fire off before sleeping in order for the house not to catch fire, forbidding to sleep on an open roof so that a person would not fall and making the bed before sleeping to avoid insects. While some other prophetic directives were for intangible unseen reasons such as covering the drinking pots and shutting the doors to avoid both the devils and the fall of disasters at night, beside ordering children not play to at the time of sunset so that they would not be affected by the harm and evil of the devils. The researcher recommends that educators and preachers should disseminate these prophetic teachings among people and explain it for them so that people would know and apply such teachings and to be keen not to neglect them. Security and safety institutions as well as civil defense should adopt educational programs and seminars that cover these prophetic teachings and directives.

الأمن والسلامة في البيوت مقصد عظيم من مقاصد الشريعة الإسلامية التي جاءت نصوص الكتاب والسنة برعايتها والأمر بحفظها، والنهي عن كل ما ينتهكها ويفسدها، وارتباط ذلك بتعظيم النصوص والإيمان بها ذو أهمية عظيمة. حيث تتبلور مشكلة ذلك في ورود جملة من الأحاديث المتعلقة بما يصلح البيوت وسكانها؛ مما يتعلق بحفظ أرواحهم وأمن ممتلكاتهم، وتعلق بكثير من هذه التدابير أمور غيبية يستدعي فهمها وتطبيقها قوة في الإيمان ويقين في التوحيد؛ فإظهار ذلك وكشفه ضروري لعصمة الناس من الهلاك، وبيوتهم من الضياع، وربطه بالجوانب العقدية معين على الامتثال والتطبيق، وقد استخدم الباحث في بحثه المنهج الاستقرائي التحليلي ذاكرا للنصوص النبوية التي وردت فيها توجيهات نبوية بشأن السلامة والأمن في البيوت، ثم بين دروسها وفقهها وما يتعلق بها من أمور عقدية وفقهية، وقد تبين من خلال البحث؛ أن الأحاديث الواردة في الأمن والسلامة في البيوت بعضها إرشادات لأمور عللها حسية مشاهدة مثل: إطفاء النار عند النوم؛ خشية الحريق، والنهي عن النوم في سقف غير محجور؛ لخوف أن يسقط النائم، ونفض الفراش عند النوم؛ تفاديا من أن يخلفه عليه شيء من الحشرات والهوام، وأن بعض ما أرشد إليه النبي صلى الله عليه وسلم من هذه التوجيهات عللها أمور غيبية غير محسوسة مثل: إيكاء الأسقية، وإغلاق الأبواب اتقاء للشياطين ونزول البلاء عند الليل، وكف الصبيان عند مغيب الشمس؛ لئلا يصابوا بضرر الشياطين وشرهم، ويوصي الباحث المرشدين والمربين بضرورة إشاعة التعاليم النبوية، وتبليغها للناس وبيانها لهم ليتمكنوا من معرفتها ومن ثم تطبيقها، وعلى أرباب البيوت ورباتها مراعاة هذه التعاليم، والحرص عليها وعدم التفريط في تطبيقها، وأنه يجدر بمؤسسات الأمن والسلامة والدفاع المدني تبني برامج توعوية وندوات إرشادية مشتملة على هذه التعاليم والتوجيهات النبوية.
