|a تستهدف الدراسة استكشاف تأثير التعلم التنظيمي (اكتساب المعلومات والمعرفة، توزيع المعلومات والمعرفة، تفسير المعلومات والمعرفة، الذاكرة التنظيمية) على الأداء في ظل توسيط الابتكار الفني بشركات القطاع العام للغزل والنسيج في جمهورية مصر العربية ولاختبار درجة التأثير؛ فقط استخدم الباحث تحليل المسار باستخدام الأداة التحليلية Analysis of Moment Structures المعروف ب Amos. وتوصلت الدراسة إلى وجود تأثير معنوي لأبعاد عمليات التعلم التنظيمي على الأداء في ظل توسيط الابتكار الفني في شركات القطاع العام للغزل والنسيج في جمهورية مصر العربية؛ مما يدعم التوصية بضرورة العناية والاهتمام بدعم عمليات التعلم التنظيمي لتحسين الأداء في ظل توسيط الابتكار الفني.

|f The study aims to explore the impact of organizational learning (acquisition of information and knowledge, distribution of information and knowledge, interpretation of information and knowledge, organizational memory) on performance under the centre of technical innovation in the public textile sector companies in Egypt and to test the degree of impact only. The researcher used track analysis using the tool Analysis of Moment structures, known as Amos. The study found that there is a moral impact of the dimensions of organizational learning processes on performance under the centre of technical innovation in the Public Sector Textile Industries in the Arab Republic of Egypt, which supports the recommendation for the need to take care of supporting organizational learning processes to improve performance under the centre of technical innovation.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
