المستخلص: هدف البحث إلى التوصل لتصور مقترح لتفعيل وتعزيز حاضنات الأعمال البحثية الجامعية في تنمية ثقافة ريادة الأعمال بمصر، وتم عرض الإطار المفاهيمي لحاضنات الأعمال البحثية، وعرض ثقافة ريادة الأعمال، واستخدم الباحث المنهج الوصفي التحليلي، وتم تطبيق استبيان على القائمين بحاضنات الجامعات البحثية، واستبيان تم تطبيقه على الطلاب المتدربين، وتم اختيار ثلاثة حاضنات بحثية بجامعة أسيوط، والمنيا، والمنصورة، وتوصل الباحث إلى مجموعة من النتائج أهمها إن دور حاضنات الأعمال البحثية نحو الممارسة العلمية للتعليم الريادي كان متوسط ويحتاج إلى توفير الخدمات والتسهيلات للتعليم الريادي ودعم المالي والتسويقي وتقييم الأداء والدعم الفني بشكل جيد، مما أدى إلى التوصل إلى مقترح لتفعيل وتعزيز حاضنات الأعمال البحثية الجامعية في تنمية ثقافة ريادة الأعمال بمصر، وتتضمن فلسفة، وأهداف، ومكونات التصور المقترح، والضمانات الواجب توافرها لنجاح التصور المقترح، مع عرض مجموعة من التوصيات الختامية أهمها: وضع التشريعات والأنظمة التي توفر الحماية للمشروعات الريادية باعتبارها مشروعات قومية، ومسح شامل ودقيق لقطاع المشروعات الصغيرة مع ضرورة بيان منتجاتها وحصصها السوقي وإمكاناتها، وزيادة التوعية بفكرة الحاضنة ورسالتها من خلال التسويق والدعاية المستمرة، وضرورة الاهتمام فكرة الحاضنة البحثية ودعمها من قبل المجتمع معنوياً ومادياً، والعمل على توفير البنية التحتية اللازمة، وأهمها إنشاء مبنى الحاضنة بالقرب من مقر الجامعة مع ضرورة تعزيزها بالتجهيزات اللازمة، والعمل على تخصيص برامج دعم لحاضنات الأعمال والتكنولوجيا من قبل الحكومة وتسهيل ببرامج الإقراض والتمويل للمشاريع الجديدة، ودعم الشراكات والتعاون بين الجامعات الحكومية القوية في المجالات البحثية والعلمية والجامعات الخاصة.

The aim of the research was to arrive at a proposed scenario for activating and strengthening the incubators business towards pioneering learning. The conceptual framework of the research incubators was presented A research questionnaire was applied to university incubators and a questionnaire was applied to the trainees. Three research incubators were selected at Assiut University, Minya and Mansoura. The researcher reached a number of results, the most important of which were the results of research incubators towards the scientific practice of pioneering education, For the pilot education, and towards the financial and marketing support of, towards the performance evaluation and technical support was the average yield which led to A proposed scenario for activating and strengthening the incubators of works towards pioneering learning, which includes the philosophy, objectives, and components of the proposed vision, and the guarantees that must be met for the success of the proposed scenario, with the presentation of a set of final recommendations, the most important of which are: the development of legislation and regulations that protect the pilot projects as national projects, A comprehensive and accurate survey of the small enterprise sector with the need to indicate their products, market shares and potentials, and to raise awareness of the idea of incubator and its message through marketing and continuous publicity, and the need to care about the idea of the incubator research and support by the community morally and physically A., working to provide the necessary infrastructure, he establishment of the incubator building near the university's headquarters and the need to strengthen it with the necessary equipment, and to allocate support programs for business and technology incubators by the government, facilitate lending and financing programs for new projects, and support partnerships and cooperation between strong public universities in ,the fields of research
