المستخلص: This research aims to demonstrate the social and economic impact of e-governance on societies through various initiatives taken by governments and countries in this field, with a special focus on Algeria's huge potential in this area and what has been achieved and what remains to be done concerning e-governance.
So this research begins with discussing the concept of e-governance, its objectives, and conditions of application and, finally the summary containing conclusions and recommendations.

يهدف هذا البحث إلى إظهار الأثار الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للحوكمة الإلكترونية على المجتمعات من خلال مختلف المبادرات المتخذة من طرف الحكومات والدول في هذا المجال. لهذا حاولنا من خلال هذا البحث إظهار الإمكانيات الضخمة المتاحة بالنسبة للجزائر في هذا المجال وكذلك محاولة إلقاء الضوء على ما تم إنجازه والمشوار المتبقي القيام به فيما يخص الحوكمة الإلكترونية. لذلك تم تقسيم هذا البحث بحيث قمنا كبداية بتناول مفهوم الحوكمة الإلكترونية. ليتم بعد ذلك الإشارة إلى أهدافها وشروط تطبيقها من أجل الوصول أخيرا إلى خلاصة تتضمن مجموعة من النتائج والتوصيات.

Cet article a pour objectif de démontrer les impacts économiques et sociaux de l’E gouvernement sur les populations à travers les différentes initiatives entreprises par les Etats dans ce domaine. C’est la raison pour laquelle nous avons essayé de mettre en valeur par le biais de cette recherche l’énorme potentiel de cette discipline en Algérie et de faire le constat de ce qui est fait et de montrer le chemin de ce qu’il reste à faire en la matière. Cet article, a été ainsi organisé pour tout d’abord faire la lumière sur le concept de l’Egouvernement. Ensuite, nous avons mentionné les conditions et les objectifs de l’E-gouvernement pour arriver à la fin à une conclusion générale qui contient un ensemble de résultats de de recommandations.
