|f Under this article, we tried to measure the entrepreneurial orientation of a sample of SME owners and find out how individuals are moving towards creating and building the projects characterized by creativity, risk, competition and independence. We relied on a field study that included a group of small and medium-sized entrepreneurs in the province of Said to address the issue of our research. After monitoring the most important issues related to entrepreneurs and their investment environment, we concluded that the entrepreneur is striving to create new opportunities and businesses, and introduce new methods and ways to run the affairs of his enterprise in the light of the environment and competition. We also noted, through the study results, that the women's entrepreneurship in the province is lacking.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.

|a حاولنا من خلال هذا المقال، قياس التوجه المقاولاتي لعينة من أصحاب المؤسسات الصغيرة والمتوسطة ومعرفة ما مدى توجه الأفراد نحو خلق وإنشاء هذا النوع من المشاريع التي تتميز بالإبداع، والمخاطرة، والمنافسة والاستقلالية، ولمحاولة معالجة إشكالية بحثنا، اعتمدنا على الدراسة الميدانية التي شملت مجموعة من أصحاب المشاريع الصغيرة والمتوسطة بولاية سعيدة. وبعد رصدنا لأهم ما يتعلق بأصحاب المشاريع وبيئتهم الاستثمارية، توصلنا إلى أن المقاول يسعى جاهدا إلى خلق فرص وأعمال جديدة، وإدخال أساليب وطرق جديدة لتسير شؤون مؤسسته وهذا في ظل البيئة والمنافسة كما لاحظنا من خلال النتائج التي تم وصول إليها نقص المقاولة النسوية في ولاية سعيدة.

|d Nous essayons à travers ce papier de mesurer l'orientation entrepreneuriale d’un ensemble d’entrepreneurs des petites et moyennes entreprise et de savoir a quel point sont ils tirés vers la création et la mise en place de ce type de projets qui sont généralement caractérisés par la créativité, la prise de risque, la concurrence et l'indépendance.\n Afin de répondre à la question susvisée, nous nous sommes basé sur une étude exploratoire sur un échantillon d’entrepreneurs dans la wilaya de Saida. l’étude montre que l’entrepreneur essaie toujours de créer de nouvelles opportunités et de nouveaux marchés des affaires ainsi d’introduire de nouvelles techniques et méthodes dans la gestion des affaires de son entreprise dans un monde caractérisé par la concurrence , la compétitivité et une participation infime de la part de la femme.
