تسعى الدراسة الراهنة للتعرف على إشكالية البطالة والفساد القيمي بالمجتمع المصري "قيمة التعليم نموذجا"، وقد عالج الباحث هذا الهدف من خلال الإجابة على التساؤلات التالية: التساؤل الأول: ما مفهوم البطالة وما أنواعها؟، التساؤل الثاني: هل يؤثر نوع التعليم في تواجد مشكلة البطالة؟، التساؤل الثالث: هل هناك فساد في المنظومة التعليمية بالمجتمع المصري؟، التساؤل الرابع: إلى أي مدى أثر الفساد في تغير قيمة التعليم؟، واعتمدت الدراسة على طريقة المسح الاجتماعي، وعلى أداة الاستبيان والمقابلات المقننة، وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى مجموعة من النتائج، حيث توصلت الدراسة أن مشكلة البطالة مشكلة مركبة ترجع أسبابها للعوامل النفسية والديموجرافية والاجتماعية والاقتصادية والسياسية، كما توصلت الدراسة أن للبطالة تداعياتها وتأثيراتها على قيمة التعليم التي تعد بمثابة العمود الفقري لمنظومة القيم الاجتماعية فصلاحها يؤدي إلى صلاح باقي المنظومة واعتلالها يؤدي إلى مستقبل لا يحمد عقباه، كما توصلت الدراسة إلى أهمية مواجهة البطالة من خلال القضاء على منابع الفساد المتمثل في القرارات الغير مدروسة دراسة متأنية، والرشوة، والمحسوبية في التعيين، وتضافر جهود الدولة مع المجتمع بكافة مؤسساته الرسمية وغير الرسمية. وتوصي الدراسة بعمل حصر دقيق لمعدلات البطالة وقوة العمل بصورة دورية للوقوف على حجم المشكلة وروافدها بدقة، كما توصي الدراسة بأن تسعى الدولة جاهدة لدراسة المشكلة بصورة متأنية لوضع الحلول المناسبة.

The study recommends a thorough inventory of the work rates of unemployment and labor force periodically to determine the extent of the problem and their tributaries accurately, the study also recommends that the State will strive to study the problem more carefully to develop appropriate solutions.
