المستخلص: This paper aims to perform an in-depth analysis of the Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) which have been implemented by the United Nations in the year 2015. The research is based on performing an audit of the design and structured framework in order to understand the level of its successful implementation along with highlighting the grey areas and potential threats which require a proactive and strategic move. All the presentations and discussions which happened in the 15th General Auditing Bureau (GAB) Annual Seminar, being held in Saudi Arabia in the year 2018, have been assessed and evaluated to draw a conclusion. However, analysis of the discussion on the seminar has highlighted specific gaps which might challenge the efficacy of the program and hence requires a necessary action.

Ce document a pour objectif de réaliser une analyse approfondie des objectifs de développement durable (ODD) mis en oeuvre par les Nations Unies en 2015. La recherche est basée sur un audit de la conception et du cadre structuré afin de comprendre le niveau de réussite de sa mise en oeuvre et de mettre en évidence les zones d'ombre et les menaces potentielles qui nécessitent une démarche proactive et stratégique. Toutes les présentations et discussions qui ont eu lieu lors du 15e séminaire annuel du Bureau de l'audit général (GAB), qui s'est tenu en Arabie saoudite en 2018, ont été évaluées et évaluées afin de tirer une conclusion. Toutefois, l‟analyse des débats du séminaire a mis en évidence des lacunes spécifiques qui pourraient remettre en cause l‟efficacité du programme et qui nécessitent donc une action nécessaire
