|b The study aims to identify the effectiveness of the training activity in light of the wide spread and application of information technology in two banking institutions in Skikda. And to analyze the nature of the relationship between the variables of the study by developing an information form. Based on the comprehensive inventory method. The total number of retrieved forms was 35 out of 40.The study concluded several results, The most important of which is the significant impact of information technology on the electronic training activity. The study suggested the greater investment and wider application of information technology to become a more effective means of achieving and developing e-training, by reducing costs and access to training programs at the right time and place to suit the needs of trainees.

|a تهدف الدراسة إلى التعرف على مدى فاعلية النشاط التدريبي في ظل الانتشار والتطبيق الواسع لتكنولوجيا المعلومات بمؤسستين مصرفيتين بسكيكدة، وتحليل طبيعة العلاقة بين متغيرات الدراسة، عن طريق تطوير استمارة معلومات. وقد اعتمدنا على أسلوب الحصر الشامل في توزيعها، بلغ عدد الاستمارات الإجمالية المستردة 35 استمارة من أصل 40 استمارة. خلصت الدراسة إلى نتائج عديدة أهمها وجود تأثير معنوي لتكنولوجيا المعلومات على النشاط التدريبي الإلكتروني. وقد اقترحت الدراسة الاستثمار الأوفر والتطبيق الأوسع لتكنولوجيا المعلومات حتى تصبح وسيلة أكثر فعالية في تحقيق وتنمية التدريب الإلكتروني، من خلال تخفيض التكاليف وإمكانية الوصول للبرامج التدريبية في الوقت والمكان المناسب بما يتلاءم مع احتياجات المتدربين.
