|b This paper deals with the verses of the commandment in surah al-Baqarah, in an analytic comparative study. This study is based on the inductive and comparative analytical method, where the researcher extrapolates the scientific material from its sources. The study commences with an introduction, in which the researcher mentions the problem of the study, its importance, its objectives, previous studies, the methodology of the study, and the study plan. Then the researcher discusses the relevance of the verses with the parts coming before and after. This is followed by an analytical study, including the study of the verses in terms of verbal analysis, the different readings, expressions, eloquence and statement, and meaning. Thereafter, a comparative study is presented, which includes discussing the provisions and copies related to the commandment of the will referred to therein

|a تناولت هذه الدراسة آيات الوصية في سورة البقرة دراسة تحليلية ومقارنة، وقد قامت الدراسة على المناهج الآتية: الاستقرائي والتحليلي والمقارن، وقام الباحث باستقراء المادة العلمية من مصادرها، وبدأت الدراسة بمقدمة ذكر الباحث فيها مشكلة الدراسة، وأهميتها، وأهدافها، والدراسات السابقة، ومنهجية الدراسة، وخطة الدراسة. ثم مَهد (الباحث (لهذه الدراسة بالحديث عن صلة الآيات بما قبلها وما بعدها، ثم جاءت الدراسة التحليلية متضمنة دراسة الآيات من حيث: التحليل اللفظي، ووجوه القراءات، والإعراب، والبلاغة والبيان، والمعنى، ثم جاءت الدراسة المقارنة التي تضمنت الحديث عن الإحكام والنسخ المتعلق بآية الوصية، وحكم الوصية الوارد فيها، واختتمت الدراسة بخاتمة اشتملت على أهم النتائج، والتوصيات.
