|a هدفت الدراسة تعرف واقع ممارسة قائد المدرسة الابتدائية الأهلية بمدينة الرياض للعلاقات الإنسانية. وكذلك التعرف على درجة اختلاف آراء أفراد عينة الدراسة حول واقع ممارسة قائد المدرسة الابتدائية الأهلية بمدينة الرياض للعلاقات الإنسانية باختلاف متغيرات الدراسة: (المؤهل العلمية، الخبرة في مجال التدريس)، وقد بلغ أفراد عينة الدراسة (220) مُعلم مرحلة ابتدائية. وقد توصلت الدراسة إلى ما يلي: \n1-\tهناك استجابة واضحة لمجال القدوة الحسنة وكان الوزن النسبي للمجال يساوي 88.33% \n2-\tهناك استجابة عالية لمجال التعاون وكان الوزن النسبي للمجال يساوي 84.48% \n3-\tهناك استجابة متوسطة لمجال التقدير وكان الوزن النسبي للمجال يساوي 77.05% \n4-\tهناك استجابة عالية لمجال الاحترام وكان الوزن النسبي للمجال يساوي 87.41% \n5-\tهناك استجابة متوسطة لمجال بناء الثقة وكان الوزن النسبي للمجال يساوي 87.41% \n6-\tيوجد اختلاف بين آراء عينة الدراسة باختلاف متغير (المؤهل العلمي)، وكانت الفروق لصالح الذين مؤهلهم العلمي بكالوريوس وذلك حسب المتوسط الحسابي. \n7-\tيوجد اختلاف بين آراء عينة الدراسة باختلاف متغير (الخبرة) لصالح الأقل خبرة الذين لديهم خبرة من 1-5 سنة.

|f The purpose of the study is to identify the reality of the practice of the human relations by the leader of the private elementary school in Riyadh city. In addition, it aims at recognizing the degree of the variation in the opinions of the sample of the study on the reality of the practice the human relations by the abovementioned leader according to the variables of the study: (scientific qualification, experience in the field of Teaching). The individuals of the study sample reached (220) elementary stage teachers. The study concluded that: \n1 - There is a clear response to the field of good example and the relative weight of the field is equal to 88.33% \n2 - There is a high response to the field of cooperation and the relative weight of the field is equal to 84.48% \n3 - There is an intermediate response to the field of appreciation and the relative weight of the field is equal to 77.05% \n4 - There is a high response to the field of respect and the relative weight of the field is equal to 87.41% \n5 - There is an intermediate response to the field of confidence building and the relative weight of the field was equal to 87.41% \n6 - There is a difference among the views of the sample of the study according to variable (scientific qualification), and the differences were for the benefit of the persons whose scientific qualification is Bachelor, according to the arithmetic mean. \n7 - There is a difference between the views of the sample of the study according to variable of (experience) in favor of the least experienced with the experience of 1-5 years. \nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc. 2018
