المستخلص: هدفت الدراسة إلى وضع تصور مقترح لدور مؤسسات التعليم العالي في تعزيز منظومة القيم التربوية، ولتحقيق هدف الدراسة قام الباحث باستخدام المنهج التحليلي للوثائق والكتب والدراسات السابقة التي تناولت موضوع القيم لدى طلبة الجامعات ودور الجامعات في تعزيزها، وبناء على ذلك توصلت الدراسة إلى العديد من النتائج: لكي تقوم مؤسسات التعليم العالي بتعزيز منظومة القيم التربوية فإنه يجب الاهتمام بتوفير مواقف ممارسة هذه القيم, وهي مواقف عملية لأنه لا يكفي المعلومات ولا الوعظ والتلقين ,وإنما لابد من النشاط الواقعي والمواقف الحية التي لابد أن يعيشها الطلاب في الجامعة، وتوفير المناخ المناسب لترسيخ القيم الإيجابية وإشاعتها مع مراعاة المواقف العملية والحاجات المتجددة، وزيادة اهتمام إدارة الجامعة بالجوانب الإنسانية الشخصية والاجتماعية للطلبة الجامعيين مَثلَهُا في ذلك مثل اهتمامها بالنواحي التربوية والتعليمية، وأن يكون عضو هيئة التدريس في سلوكه قدوة للطلبة ونموذجاً لهم لما له من تأثير في النفوس، فالتزامه بالقيم التربوية النبيلة الصالحة يساعد طلبته على الالتزام بها وممارستها، والإدراك الواعي لأهمية الأنشطة في البناء الخلقي للطالب والمشاركة فيها باعتبارها جزءاً لا يتجزأ من الحياة الجامعية، وليست مجرد عمل إضافي يمكن الاعتذار عن عدم القيام به، وعلى ضوء التصور المقترح الذي أعده الباحث فأنه يوصي بإقامة مركز الإرشاد التربوي في الجامعة يشرف عليه متخصصين في مجالات العلوم التالية (علم النفس، والخدمة الاجتماعية، وعلم الاجتماع، والعلوم الشرعية) وذلك لمساعدة الطلبة في مختلف الظروف التي يحياها طلبة الجامعات، وإقامة دورات تدريبية أو حلقات نقاشية بصفه دورية لأعضاء هيئة التدريس تتناول أبرز المشكلات التي يتعرضون لها في تعاملهم مع طلابهم وقد تعيق قيامهم بأدوارهم وتعريفهم بأساليب تنمية القيم التربوية.

The study aimed to develop a proposed vision for the role of higher education institutions in strengthening the educational value system. To achieve the objective of the study, the researcher used the analytical approach to documents, books and previous studies that dealt with the values of university students and the role of universities in strengthening them. In order for institutions of higher education to strengthen the system of educational values, it is necessary to pay attention to providing positions of practice of these values, which are practical positions because it is not enough information and preaching and indoctrination, but must be realistic activity and living attitudes that must be lived by students in GA And to provide the appropriate climate to consolidate the positive values and their dissemination, taking into account the practical attitudes and the needs of the renewed, and increase the attention of the University administration to the personal and social aspects of the university students, such as their interest in educational and educational, and that the faculty member in his behavior role model for students and a model for them because of its impact In his soul, Activities in the congenital construction of the student and participation as an integral part of university life, and not just additional work can be apologized for not doing, and in light of the proposed scenario prepared by the researcher, it recommends the establishment of the Center for Educational Guidance in the university supervised by specialists in the following fields of science Psychology, social sciences, sociology, and forensic sciences) to help students in the different circumstances of university students, and to conduct training courses or seminars in a periodic manner for faculty members dealing with the most prominent problems they face in dealing with their students and may hinder They are important in their roles and their knowledge of methods of developing educational values.
