La majorité des études empiriques soutiennent l’hypothèse d’amélioration de la performance de l’entreprise publique après sa privatisation. L’objectif de cet article est d’étudier l’impact de la privatisation sur la performance des entreprises publiques algériennes. A partir d’un échantillon de 50 entreprises publiques algériennes privatisées, ce travail montre globalement, que la privatisation a deseffets positifs importants sur la performance de ces entreprises. The majority of empirical studies support the hypothesis that the performance of the public company is improving after its privatization. The purpose of this research is to study the privatization impacton the performance of the Algerianpublic companies. From asample of 50 Algerian privatized public companies, this work shows globally that the privatization hassignificant positive effects on their performance. غالبية الدراسات التجريبية تؤكد فرضية تحسين أداء المؤسسات العمومية بعد خصخصتها الهدف من هذا البحث هو دراسة تأثير الخصخصة على أداء المؤسسات العمومية الجزائرية. من خلال عينة متكونة من 50 مؤسسة جزائرية عمومية تمت خصخصتها، تم التأكد من خلال هذا العمل أن للخصخصة آثار إيجابية كبيرة على أداء هذه المؤسسات. |
