|a تهدف هذه الدراسة إلى كيفية ادماج الأحياء الفوضوية في الوسط الحضري، وكيف يمكن تزويد الأحياء الفوضوية بالتجهيزات الضرورية، ما هي الشروط التي يجب توفرها في سكنات الأحياء الفوضوية ليتم تسوية وضعيتها القانونية؟ لتحقيق هذه الأهداف والإجابة على التساؤلات المطروحة، اعتمدنا على اختيار المنهج الوصفي لوصف المجال العام والخاص للدراسة وطرق تنظيمه وإبراز خصائص هذه الأحياء وأنماطها وكيفية بنائها. لتفسير مراحل النمو السكاني والعمراني وعوامل ظهور الأحياء الفوضوية بمجال الدراسة، وكانت مدينة التلاغمة هي الإطار المكاني للدراسة الميدانية بحيث تم اختيار حي الزمالة كمجال خاص، وقد حددت عينة من مجموع السكنات وكانت وحدة العينة هي رب الأسرة.

|d Cette étue vise à répondre aux questions suivantes: comment integrer les cites non comprises par le plan urbain de la ville, et comment aussi rendre la vie facile dans ces cités et cela dans le but de normaliser leurs statut juridiques vis àvis au plan urbain.Alors pour répondre à ces questions fondamentalesns , nous avons suivis la méthode descriptive en plus des moyens de collecte d’informatin auprés d’un échanillon d’habitants de ces cités.Enfin cette recherché a montré combien ces cites sont loin de l’integration urbaine car elles demandent un grand éffort d’équipement et d’aménagement pour arriver à une integration urbaine adéquate.

|f This study aims to highlight the method of the integration of anarchic neighbourhoods in urban areas. It also aims to identify how to provide anarchic neighborhoods with the necessary equipment. What conditions must be met in anarchic neighborhoods to regularise their legal status? To achieve these objectives and answer the questions raised, we relied on the adoption of a descriptive approach to describe the public and private field of study and the ways of organizing it and highlighting the characteristics of these neighborhoods, their patterns and the method of building them as well as for the explanation of the phases of population and urban growth and the factors of the emergence of anarchic neighborhoods in the field of study. The city of Teleghma was the spatial framework for the field study, so Cite Al-Zamala was selected as a special area. A sample of the total population was identified, and the unit of the sample was the head of the household.\nThis abstract translated by Dar AlMandumah Inc 2018.
