المستخلص: يهدف هذا البحث إلى دراسة منهج التأويل في الفلسفة اليهودية من خلال واحد من أهم فلاسفة اليهود ومتكلميهم وهو موسى ابن ميمون والذي سعى جاهدا في كتابه دلالة الحائرين أن يزيل اللبس ويضفي المعاني الحقيقية على النص التوراتي بعد تأويله بشكل منسجم مع العمق الفلسفي للنص مبتعدا عن الرؤية السطحية التي انعكست سلبا على دلالات أسفار التوراة، وذهب إلى أن التوراة تحتوي على الحقائق الفلسفية التي انطوت عليها مؤلفات أرسطو إلا أنها صيغة بلغة مجازية. فانحاز ابن ميمون للتوراة ولكن في رأي وصياغة فلسفية، ولتحقيق ذلك لجأ ابن ميمون إلى آلية التأويل لآيات التوراة ومفرداتها بحيث يخرجها من معانيها الإيمانية المباشرة الغامضة المتعارضة مع العقل، إلى معانيها غير المباشرة الواضحة المتوافقة مع العقل، أي التفسير الباطني غير المباشر للنص المقدس.

Cette recherche vise à étudier la méthode d'interprétation dans la philosophie juive à travers de l'un des philosophes les plus importants des Juifs "Moïse Maïmonide", qui a essayé dans son livre "Le Guide des Egarés" à éliminer la confusion sur le texte biblique et le donne les varies significations après l’interpréter en harmonie avec la profondeur philosophique du texte loin de la vision superficielle qui reflète négativement sur les implications des livres de la Torah. Il a déclaré que la Torah contient les vérités philosophiques mentionnées par les oeuvres d'Aristote sous une formule métaphorique. Moïse Maïmonide a choisi la Torah mais dans une vue et une formule philosophique. Alors, Maïmonide a utilisé l'interprétation des versets de la Torah et son vocabulaire de ses significations religieuses, directes, mystérieuses et incompatibles avec l'esprit, à ses significations indirectes, claires, compatibles avec l'esprit. En d’autres termes, il a utilisé l’interprétation profonde et indirecte du texte sacré.

This research aims to study the method of interpretation in Jewish philosophy through one of the most important Jewish philosophers and speakers, Moses ben Maimon, who worked hard in his book “The Guide for the Perplexed” to remove confusion and give true meaning to the biblical text. He interpreted it in a manner consistent with the philosophical depth of the text, away from the superficial vision that reflected negatively on the semantics of the biblical treaties. He argued that the Torah contained the philosophical facts of Aristotle's writings, but it was a metaphorical version. Maimonides sided with the Torah, but in a philosophical view and formulation. To achieve this, Ibn Maimoun resorted to the mechanism of interpretation of the verses of the Torah and its vocabulary so as to remove them from their direct, mysterious, and contradictory, meanings of faith that are incompatible with the mind, to their clear, and indirect implications that are compatible with mind that is, the indirect inner interpretation of the sacred text.
